Seananners' POV

******************

Bodil ran off, into the trees. I stared after him. As he disappeared. I looked at Tom, who was doing the same thing.

"Can I tell you something, Tom?" I asked. Wanting to tell him of what I saw that night.

"Uhm, yeah sure." He replied, his British accent standing out in his voice.

"That night, when our house set on fire, I think I knew who did it....While you were looking at the house, I spotted something standing on top of the hill. The sun was coming up at the time so I could see who it was."

Tom interrupted. "Who was it? I need to know."

I dipped my head down and mumbled sadly.

"It was Jordan, Captainsparklez."

Tom's eyes went wide before turning into shock."

"WHAT!" I flinched, everyone around us just looked at us, confusion on their face from Tom's little outburst.

I nodded and everyone turned back to face the people they were talking to. I finished my sentence.

"But wait, there was something different about him, it wasn't actually him."

Tom seemed to calm down, but only slightly.

"I don't understand."

I looked at him again, making my voice quieter so no-one could overhear me.

"His eyes, they were white... and glowing."

Tom jumped back, his hand covering his mouth. "Oh no, poor Jordan!"

I thought about what I had said, the only person with white glowing eyes, was Herobrine.

So does that mean Herobrine has taken over Captainsparklez? I guess that's a question I'll never answer.

The talking stopped, and I turned to see what everyone was looking at. Standing at the front, was Ssundee, Seto and...Jordan?

I looked at Tom, who was looking at me. 'His eyes' I mouthed to him. He nodded to me. They weren't white, they were normal.

Ssundee's eyes widened when he saw the portal, and a smile stretched across his face.

He noted something to Jordan and Seto, and they smiled.

Jordan walked up to Ssundee and whispered something into his ear. Ssundee nodded. And Captainsparklez stepped forward.

"Everybody! Can you listen to me."

Everyone turned to face Jordan. And the whispering started. The rumours of where he'd been.

"All I want to say is that I am very sorry, especially to Jason, Taylor, Adam and Tom."

I suddenly grew interested in the conversation and started to listen. I heard mine and Tom's name. It must be important.

"Adam and Tom, one of you may have seen me at the site of when your house was on fire, is that true?"

I nodded, showing to him that I had saw him.

"And Jason and Taylor, I'm sure you both saw me when I attacked you. Is that correct?"

They both nodded and looked at the ground. It was clear that they hadn't forgiven him for that.

"I just want to say, that none of that was me. You see, I was involved in an experiment which enabled me to turn into Herobrine and inherit some of his powers. But the experiment went wrong. He duplicated me. The duplicate of me is the one that forgot and got the powers.

I was the voice in his head, trying to get him to remember. Once I gathered up enough energy, I could take control of him. But he always regained control after a bit and issued pain into me. I was stuck in a body I couldn't control.

Tom and Adam, when he burned your house. He was going to pour lava onto it so you couldn't escape. But I stopped him. You would be dead if I hadn't had done that.

I just want to say, I'm so sorry for whatever pain that Sparklez caused. And I hope you forgive me."

He was on the verge of tears at this point. So I walked up to him and brought him into a hug. Tom followed me and did the same.

Jason and Taylor looked at eachother and smiled. Joining in the hug.

"We forgive you." We all said.

Jordan smiled and started to cry. We all disappeared back into the crowd.

Ssundee approached Jordan and hugged him.

"He is truly sorry, I hope you all understand that."

We all nodded.

Ssundee stepped forward once Jordan had calmed down and regained his composure.

"I understand that we are all confused as to why this happened, and to be honest. I don't know either. But once we get home. There will be questions. Probably lots.

I don't know how long we were gone for. Could be hours, days, months, years. I don't know.

But just tell them that we all went on a camping trip, where there was no signal. In the Himalayan mountains, and you forgot to tell people. And tell them you are sorry for not telling anyone.

Sorry I kept you waiting, you may now enter the portal. I hope you have had a nice trip and have a safe journey home." He finished. Hoping to cheer people up. It worked, it put a smile on my face.

In an instant, people were walking through the portal. Getting home to their families.

I walked up to the portal and turned back. Tom was behind me.

"See you on the other side." I brought my hand up to my forehead in a salute position.

Then I stepped in. I closed my eyes as I didn't want to hurt my eyes.

---

I opened my eyes, I was in my living room. Cathy was standing up, she had a bowl of cereal in her hand.

She turned around and saw me. I heard a clatter as the bowl that was once in her hand, fell to the floor. Tipping it's contents all over the place.

She ran up to me and brought me into a hug. I missed this, I never wanted to let go.

"Where the hell did you go?" She said, almost crying.

I smiled, feeling really guilty.

"Me and my friends went on a little camping trip in the mountains. I forgot to tell you and I had no way of contacting you. Why, did something happen?"

"Yes, the news has been going on about it, thinking you've gone missing or been kidnapped. You were gone for a month."

I took her into a hug once again and whispered in her ear.

"I'm very sorry, sweetie."

She muzzled her head into my neck. Never wanting to let go of me.

"Please, don't disappear like that again. Please."

I hugged her tightly and whispered into her ear.

"I promise."
