Nova's p.o.v

I was getting tired of Gus and his rules, I just wanted to have fun; and what harm could it do? Just smoking weed and drinking booze is starting to get boring, after all I'm responsible - I can handle the stronger stuff.

Gus was out with Layla, since grandma and mama flew back home he got very bored very quickly. The rest of us had hours before the show, I stayed on the bus with the others, who were doing weed, Xanax, and coke. Yet I was only taking hits from a bong.

"Yo you should try some," Mackned smiled, something about the look in his eye made me feel weary about it, but Gus wasn't here, and why the fuck not? He does it himself so it can't be too crazy, I trust him so if he can do it so can I.

"Uh Sure, make a line for me"

I sat beside him as he prepared my line; my heart was racing. Why am I so nervous? I guess it's just a beginners thing.

"You nervous?" Coldy asked.

"A little, I've never done it, but I'm good"

"Oh, relax, you'll be fine, you'll get used to it, I promise,"

I felt all eyes on me as everyone fell silent, all that played was the music, which I noticed was one of the boy's music. I don't know who though.

The boys started to chant my name as I rolled a dollar and placed it in my right nostril, this is it Nova, you're loosing your cocaine virginity. I took my first, to which they all cheered; I felt great.

"Fuck, give me another," I smiled.

"Wouldn't Gus be pissed?" Horsehead asked.

"Fuck what Gus says,"

I screamed it as they all cheered me on, I felt more than great, like with each line I became more invincible. I had all the energy in the world. It was like I was unstoppable and I loved that feeling.

Nothing could ever bring me down.

Gus' p.o.v

Layla and I walked back in the bus, Nova was sat around the guys with her pupils enlarged and bits of white powder on her nose; no. Sh- she wouldn't, she knows better than that.

"Layla go to the bunks for a second"

She just nodded and walked way. None of the guys plus nova had noticed me yet.

"Nov?"

she looked up and smiled but even though she was looking directly at me, she looked so distant.

"Gussie!"

She jumped up and pounced on me, it was like she was literally bouncing off the walls, it was insane. No. It was cocaine.

"Nova what the fuck?"

"It feels good Gus, I loooooove coke!"

"Nova I told you not to do this, you're too young,"

I know i was being a hypocrite, by the age of 16 I was doing coke and Xanax.

"Dude chill, I told her to do some"

I turned to look at Ned.

"You did this? I told you I didn't want her caught up in this!"

"Look peep, she's fine!"

I realised she in fact wasn't fine when all of a sudden her eyes rolled into the back of her head and she fell back. Though the fear really set in when I noticed foam pouring from her mouth.

"How many lines did she do?"

I rushed to her side, she was stone cold.

"Uh I don't know she -"

"HOW MANY LINES DID SHE DO??"

"9 or 10 I think?? It might be 7 or 8 though"

My heart jumped into my throat, even I haven't done that many in one go.

"Oh my god,"

"What the fuck do we do?"

I just started crying, I should never had agreed to bring her on tour, she's my baby sister and I was meant to protect her.

"Call off the fucking show,"

Through the tears and screaming I managed to call an ambulance as the others crowed round me.

"Peep I'm sorry, but why do you even care so much?"

"BECAUSE SHES MY -"

I stopped myself from revealing everything, that definitely wouldn't end well.

"She's my best friend and she fucking overdosed!"

I was so mad, and so scared; I couldn't stop crying.

I was pacing, I wasn't even allowed to see Nova, maybe I should call Ma? No she'd hate me. Or maybe message Goth to calm myself? I just wanted her to be ok.

"Baby," Layla whispered from behind me, everyone except Coldy and Mackhead were standing with her.

"I can't deal with anything right now,"

"Stop pacing, she'll be ok, she's strong," Bexey told me.

"We don't fucking know that Bex! She could be dead!"

I wiped my tears and sat down, outside of her room; I'm so stupid, this is my fault.
