Austin's p.o.v

I waited for Nova in Starbucks since the bus was parked out round the back so it would be out of site; the door opened and in she walked with all her stuff. Just from a first glance she looked sick, like, really sick - it actually scared me a little bit.

"Hey angel,"

I got up from my seat and hugged her...I forgot how small she was compared to me.

"Hey Austy, I've missed you"

"I've missed you too Novy"

We both laughed, god she was so gorgeous.

"Do you need a hand with your bags?"

"No I'm fine thanks, where's the bus?"

"C'mon it's out back"

I lead her to the bus behind the coffee shop, by the time we got there (which only look 2 minutes) nova already looked tired, no, drained. I couldn't help but stare. Something was definitely up with her; I know we had only met each other face - to - face once but we've FaceTimed like a hundred times, she's never been like this before.

"You okay there Mr Posty?" She laughed.

Her voice pulled me out of my thoughts.

"Sorry, are you okay? You look really sick"

Her 'I don't want to talk about it' look maybe drop it for the time being but I'm not going to forget about it. I just want her to be okay.

"You ready to meet everyone?"

"Sure, I mean, I'm low key terrified but still"

I laughed and took her hand.

"Don't worry Novy, they'll love you"

We got onto the bus; everyone looked up.

"Hey guys this is Nova, Novy this is everyone on my team, you'll get to know them,"

"Hey...Austy where's our bunk?" Nova smiled.

"Its the middle bunk closest to the door angel"

After she had put away her stuff, we settled down and spoke about what we had been doing the past couple months, but a part of me felt like she definitely wasn't ok, like she was guilty of something but I let it go because she's my nova.

As the sun began to set and the streetlights lit up our bunk, nova and I laid together in a sweet silence. I just held her in my arms and played with her hair while she traced the tattoos on my hand.

"Austy?"

"Yes angel?"

"I've been thinking about us,"

"Me too, like a lot,"

Adrenaline ran through my veins as my heart started to race a little.

"I think I'm in love with you,"

I felt like I couldn't breathe but I wasn't the panic attack type, like the 'im so in love I can't live without her' type.

"Be mine?" I asked.

My heart had jumped into my throat as the words left my mouth, especially since she didn't reply straight away. I didn't blame her for that but I could feel myself start to shake.

"Sure, why not eh? Couldn't hurt"

I laughed.

"Oh thanks, nice to know you appreciate me"

She laughed with me and turned over she we were face - to - face.

"You know I'm joking! Of course I'll be yours, I wouldn't want to be anyone else's"

God Im really in trouble with this girl, I think I'm truly in love with her.

What are you talking about peeper? You never told me she was coming home, did something happen? And i haven't heard from her either...xxx

If nova isn't here with us and she isn't at home...where the fucking hell is she?
