It is the first Monday of the school year.Rebel and Jewel are finally freshmen's in high school. Rebel and Jewel have been best friends since childhood. Their homes are right across from each other. Their fathers met in the hospital where they were delivered an hour apart.Rebel parents who were expecting their first born, did not find out the gender prior because his mom had no desire for kids.Jewel's parents had two other children. Lyric and Rhythm. Lyric is the oldest and he is 5 years older than Jewel. Rhythm is the middle child and 3 years older than Jewel. Jewel's mother was hoping her third child would be a girl, since she've always dreamed of playing dress up and wearing matching outfits with her daughter. She was devastated when she found out she was having another boy.
~ Jewel's Parents POV
Jane: can you two stop running!!!. This is a hospital, you need to behave. Dave!!! Tell your sons to behave!!! They would damage something at this rate, and we don't t have the means if they break anything.
Dave: Boys would be boys Jane. They are just bored because we've been here for 16 hours. And you are on edge because of the labor pains.
Jane: Like you would know what labor feels like. Try pushing something the size of a watermelon, out of a lemon 🍋!!!
Dave: Hahahaha, babe I know this is the pain talking ( rubbing his wife's belly). Young one can you please come to the world already. You are putting my wife in too much pain.
Jane: I was really hoping this one would be a girl hun.
Dave: Look at it this way babe. You would be a Queen surrounded by your princes and King. 😊
