Being here on Earth is infuriating. These incompetent and rogue gems. *frowns and clenches her fists* the gem that killed Pink Diamond. I breathed in slowly, letting my anger go. I shouldn't have given Pink the Earth. I knew that she still isn't ready yet.

I heard something in the distance. I walked slowly and I saw a human being. Singing a beautiful song, with a beautiful voice.

Lily's POV
My body hurts so much. There are bruises everywhere. It really hurts. I sang a song to distract myself from the pain, closing my eyes as tears ran down my cheeks.

I looked up as a tear ran down my right cheek. I sighed and hunched, hiding my face in my hands. I just have so many problems in my life, and I just wanted to die. I wanted to have the easy way out. I know that it's a cowardly thing to do. But I don't care nonetheless. I laughed so hard, I laughed because I don't have a purpose in life. I'm of no use... I'm Nothing.

Yellow Diamond's POV

I was in trance because of her and her beautiful voice. I stared at her, and looked at her carefully. She has purple spots on her. She has many bruises. I frowned as I was thinking hard on what happened to her. I was startled when she started laughing. A sad, painful, and dejected laugh. I walked towards her. She must've heard me coming. She turned her head and her eyes widened as I approached her.

Lily's POV

I heard someone walking behind me. I stood up, and was surprised to see Yellow Diamond approaching me. Pearl and Garnet told me about the Great Diamond Authority. I observed some gems interact and do this hand sign that must be their kind of salute to those in authority. I dried my tear tracks in my cheeks and did their sign. "Greetings, my diamond." I did the sign for a moment longer, I then placed my hands at my side. Yellow Diamond seemed surprised at what I did. I hope I didn't do anything wrong. Pearl and Garnet told me to avoid them at all cost when they are here, which is pretty rare.

Yellow Diamond's POV

I was surprised when she knew what to do to give respect to the Diamond Authority. I must have showed it in my face as she seemed a little worried about something, or well, maybe she was just scared of me.

"Human... How did you know exactly what to do in talking to a diamond authority?" *scowls*
