CHAPTER 15!

The views were breathtaking, just like in fairytales. The blue sky met the quiet sea on the horizon and the sand was playing tag with the waves. I didn't need a seashell to hear the ocean. Everything was perfect.

We were on a wonderful small bay and there was nobody there.

'Welcome to my secret paradise!' He took my hand and he tried to take me to the water but I resisted.

'No! What are you doing? I don't even wear my bikini!' He was stronger than me and every time we were closer to the waves.

'I don't care, shawty!' He smiled and carried me on his back. Damn.

He took off his shoes and he started walking till the water soaked my feet.

'Stop! I got my phone on the pocket!!' I tried to save my ass.

'No, it's not. You lying. You left your phone on the seat.'  I couldn't lie to him...

'Please Cameron!!!' He was about to let me go.

'Don't worry, I'm here' his words were not simmering me down.

He swam a little till I got my legs under the water and he let me fall.

My clothes were soaked and Cam was laughing two metres away from me.

'You better run!!!' I started swimming and and so did he.

I clumsily tried to sink him under the water while he easlily dodged me. It was not fair play because even a dog could swim better than me. The waves were a little rough and I was getting exhausted. I quit trying to win a game that was already lost but. He must have realized how I was panting because he hugged me immediately. That felt so good.

He placed his hands a little bit low on my back. My feet almost didn't touch the ground and I hugged him back, placing my hands around his neck and enclosing my legs on his waist. I felt how he froze. I was closer to him as never before.

I leaned my head on his shoulder and I felt like a little monkey.

'I love this place' I whispered looking at the sky.

'I love this place even more now that you are here' He hugged me tight.

Cam just woke up those butterflies in my stomach.

'Can we stay like this... Forever?' I said looking at him and we both smiled. That was an 'I wish' but it couldn't be possible.

'I have never brought anyone here. It's my favourite place whenever I want to calm my mind. I'm glad you came' His smile was driving me crazy. I caressed his cheek softly and I stared at his kissable lips. He realized and I blushed. I couldn't help getting lost in my thoughts whenever I looked at his lips. It was my kryptonite.

'I'm sorry I just...' I couldn't finish the sentence. Cam placed his wet pointer on my lips.

'Shht' His mouth was half open. I tangled my fingers on his hair and I unconsciously moved my waist and slightly lift my chest.

He almost groaned and that was driving me crazy.

'Cameron...'

And suddenly I lost him in the blue.

*Cameron's POV*

A big wave came out of nowhere and I was underwater. I didn't know where Mae was, but she was not hugging me anymore. I tried to go to the surface but I couldn't. I had my eyes closed and I stretched my arms to see if she was near me.

Nothing.

After almost a minute I could take a breath and open my eyes.

Mae wasn't on the surface yet and she couldn't hold breath for much long.

Suddenly I saw her head six metres away from me.

'MAE! ARE YOU OK??' I shouted.

She was not moving.
