Reasons why updates are slow

So I started this the summer before sophomore year then restarted it a few years ago and almost immediately after that my life was flipped on its head and a lot of stuff happened. However I'd like to say a few things before I delve into the shit storm. First, long time readers I'd like to apologize profusely and say I love you, thank you for staying, y'all are the MVPs, and I couldn't have done this without you. Second, thank you to new comers and anyone else who hasn't been around too long, you guys are a reason I started myself up again as I saw the comments flood in with each new addition. Third, thank you everyone! This book is #12 in Eliza And #44 in Mullette and now has 38k reads. You've seen my writing progress and decline and then get better again and I hope to continue to improve and deliver you all a beautiful story.

Now, the heavy stuff and why I'm very infrequent and sporadic.

Life is a funny thing. It throws curve balls and swipes the rug from beneath your feet and kicks your ass and you just have to roll with the punches. So that's what I do. That's what I've had to do quite frequently as of late. Those of you who know me well know I've had to adapt and work through a lot of stuff as of late. I'm not getting into that.

However this year I am a senior in high school and I will not have copious amounts of free time. I will do my best to update at least once a month, but know it may not happen.
