Chapter 5: In Nurse Beanie's office

Gina, Heaven, Alice, and Professor Sweet were horrified from the horrifying flashback I have. Even though Heaven and Gina remember the day where I was sent to the hospital because my step-mom threw boiling water at me, I still remember that horrible night even after five years. Professor Sweet couldn't believe his eyes that I experience something so horrible. He gives me a bear hug as I burst into tears. Alice was as horrified as Heaven, whose mouth was covered with his hands.

Professor Sweet opens his eyes slightly, "I'm so sorry for what you've gone through. I can't believe she would do such a thing."

I sniffle, "Well... I never thought about it until now."

Gina asked, "Do you want to see Nurse Beanie? I heard Principal Love's having a meeting with Principal Checkers today." I didn't respond to Gina's question.

Heaven starts talking, "It's okay Mi-Chan. I can carry you to the nurse. I'll even take you somewhere before our last moments after school."

I didn't say anything for a while before replying nervously, "O-Okay."

After we all got out of the tent, Heaven pick me up while Professor Sweet gets my stuff. Later after he gives him my school bag, he and I head out of the classroom and head to Nurse Beanie.

She's the sweetest nurse anyone has ever met. She also took the job as a school psychologist since the school allows her to have two jobs. No matter the reason, she'll always let you hang out at the resting area at the nurses office. She's also a fast responder when there's chaos in the school when someone's seriously hurt. Most of all, She's everyone's spirit animal. When Principal Love's sad or upset, she lets him lay down while she comforts him with her special white and red teddy bear and sometimes some soothing music that calms him down. When he's hurt, depending on how bad his injuries are, usually aren't serious, she gets out her emergency kit and gives him bandages and sometimes an ice pack and gives him a kiss on his hand or most likely his forehead.

After me and Heaven reach to Nurse Beanie, he gives me to her then takes me to the resting area. She tucks me into the bed with him sitting at a nearby chair. I was still sobbing over the horrible flashback.

Nurse Beanie ask, "Aww why are crying?"

I respond in tears, "When I was thirteen years old, my step-mom threw boiling water at my face while being laughed at when I was screaming in pain. I have to go to the hospital because of that. It was the worst thing that she's ever done to me." I burst to tears.

Nurse Beanie was horrified from my terrible flashback.

She looks at him, "Heaven-Kun. Can you go get that teddy bear for me please?"

"Yeah. I'll get it." He finds it on her desk before giving it me while she continues to comforts me.

She calmly shushed to hopefully calm me down, "Its okay Mi-Chan. Everything's going to be okay."

"N-Nurse Beanie... Can I ask you something?"

"Sure, anything."

"Did you know the world's ending today?"

"I did. But at least we get to see each other again for the last time right?"

"Yeah."

She later ask me one last question, "Oh yeah. Do you want to lie down for a bit?"

I nodded, "That's fine. I'm so tired anyways."

"Okay, I'll let you go to sleep for a bit." Nurse Beanie kiss my forehead.

Before Heaven leaves to go back to class, he gives me an Eskimo kiss, "Sleep tight Mi-Chan." He left the nurses office when I later fell asleep.
