Sometimes while doing a job lives get taken. Weather it was your fault or not. Demons and other monsters have no issues killing their hosts when they get bored. Be prepared to make up one hell of a lie to cover your tracks.
While you are hunting you will need to make a few connections, If you can get your hands on a real psychic (there are a lot of fakes out there) that would be great, they can get information others can't.

Wraith, these evil sons of bitches have a keen hiding place that nobody would suspect. Mental wards. Who's gonna believe a psych ward patient that there's a monster roaming the halls? These creatures typically have a spike hidden in the palm of their hands. They tend to use this spike to shove it into the patients brain and suck out the fluids leaving the brain bone dry. While they appear human, Mirrors will reveal their true looks. The easiest way to kill one of these things is by a silver object to the heart.
Dragons, These jackasses are hard as hell to kill. They are a rare species and haven't been seen in almost 700 years. It is said that the only way to kill a dragon is with a sword forged by dragon's blood.
Khan worm (named by dean winchester), this asshole will actually crawl through it's victims ears and control them through the brain which makes people murder unsuspecting victims. It seems the only way to kill it is by electrocuting the host. The host may or may not survive the electrocution.
Kitsune, these creatures are pretty similar to werewolves except they take on the appearance of a fox rather than a wolf. The easiest way to kill one is by stabbing it in the heart with anything that can pierce through the chest cavity.
Phoenix, only the colt can kill it.
Jefferson Starships (named by Dean Winchester.) These assholes are a beta vampire/wraith hybrid. The easiest way to kill it is by decapitation
Alphas, these bastards are hard to kill. Decapitation will sometimes work depending on the alpha type. The colt will not work as it says that the colt can kill all but 5 things in creation including Alphas. Leviathans can most definitely kill these creatures seeing as they can kill any monster.
