Serena panted as she jumped into her room and leaned against her bed. She had almost been caught. "So?" Her mother said. "Aah! I was too busy admiring Ash that I forgot the file!" Serena thought to herself. "Ash so me..." She said, embarrassed of herself. "It's fine. You haven't done this in years. You're still rusty" Her mother comforted her.

"I suppose you're right... I don't think they went back home anyway" Serena told her mother. "I'll have my people on it. Just remember that you're our future. Don't fail us" Said her mother, her voice growing colder. The motherly comfort in her voice slowly faded away. "You'll do anything to make mother happy right? Right?" Serena held in her fear as her mother's voice grew sterner. "Yes" Serena replied unable to give a proper answer. "IT'S, YES MOTHER!" her mother shouted in her ear. Serena tried her best not to scream. "Say it you pathetic little girl" Her mother whispered in her ear. "Yes Mother!" Serena blurted out. "Now there's a good girl" Her mother said as she left the room.

Meanwhile Ash was driven back home. "I didn't know you had a van" Ash said in an attempt to break the silence. "It's not mine. It belongs to a friend" Red said as he halted the van to a stop in front of their house. Yellow dragged Ash of into the house. "Seriously! What's gotten into you guys?" Ash muttered under his breath. Yellow tightened her grip and threw Ash onto the sofa. "You may not realize it or even get why we're doing this but don't ask. You're not ready yet" Yellow said as she went back out. Ash just sighed. "I have the luck of having the weirdest relatives huh?" He thought to himself.

Red shoved Ash into his room. "Stay. Here" He ordered Ash as he locked the door. Ash leaned back against the door. He was waiting. A few moments later, he heard the van. They had left. The instant he was sure, Ash dashed of to the window. He jumped down (2nd floor. That's survivable) and ran to see if it left any tracks. "DAMN IT" He yelled in frustration. He wanted to know what was going on. But he couldn't. Just then He heard a voice. No. This was his mind. "Focus..." He heard. "I am" he thought to himself while gritting his teeth. "Focus!" He heard again. "FOCUS!!!" the voice echoed in his brain. Ash shut his eyes. "FOCUS!!!!!!!!" The voice grew louder.
