Levi walks into the motel room with wild curiosity. He’s never been in a motel and it’s as bad as he’s seen in the movies. It’s all green in color scheme, the air is a bit stale and it doesn’t look to be the cleanest. In fact if he didn’t see Rose produce a key from her backpack he wouldn’t even know she lived here. There is nothing there in the room other then a large army duffle bag in a desk chair to the side of the room that he suspects holds her clothes in it.
“Shithole sweet shithole.” Rose murmurs with a small smile.
Levi smiles down at her before chuckling, “Classy.”
She shrugs, “It’s a roof.”
“Do you always stay in motels?”
“Yes.”
“Why?”
“Off the grid. I can sign a false name and no one asks many questions. Besides I deal mostly in cash so I’m untraceable.” She says simply like she’s discussing the weather while throwing her backpack by the foot of the bed. “Keeping it simple helps.”
“Did I…Fuck it, never mind.” Levi mutters running a hand over his hair ruffling it.
“What?”
“I just…did I complicate things for you?” he asks feeling stupid just for asking it.
Rose grins slowly at him before reaching over to grab his hand. She pulls him so he stands between her legs while she sits on the edge of the bed looking up at him. Her large eyes peer at him with adoration and amusement making his heart stutter in his chest. No one has ever looked at him like that before.
Like he mattered.
“A little bit but I like your complications.”
Levi smiles feeling relieved, “Good.”
“I think we should shower.”
Levi frowns, “I thought we were going to talk.”
“We will.” She assures with a sigh, “But we’re covered in blood and I have brain matter in my hair.”
“Oh.”
“Yeah. Um…Levi?”
“Yeah?”
“Do you…want to shower…with me?”
Hesitant, Levi thinks, she sounds hesitant and unsure. It’s not like her and he’s not sure he likes this version of his Rose. He likes her in charge like he knows she likes to be. He’s confused about why she’s so skittish with him. He won’t ask, he decides after a minute and goes with a different route.
“Sure.”
Her lips curl up into a smile before she stands up rubbing her chest against his terribly slowly. He’s not sure what to do so he just keeps very still but groans as her breasts move up his body. Okay, this course of action is working out much better then he thought it would. Taking his hand in hers she pulls him behind her while walking to the adjoined bathroom. Its different in the motel room do to the fact that its all white, not a hint of green in it. Once they both enter the room Rose closes the door behind them and Levi begins to feel nerves squeeze his stomach.
What will she expect?
“Take you shirt off.” She orders.
“Um…”
