Two cups of mint leaves

*Half cucumber
4 table spoon of plain yogurtGrind all three ingredients into a food processor until it has a smoothe cream texture. Apply to face and let it sit until the ingredients dry out on your skin.
Mint lighten skin plus control inflammation especially for itchy skin and bug bites. Avocado moisturize the skin and reduce sight of wrinkles. Cucumber packed with vitamin C lighten skin, moisturise and contain silica that firms up sagging skin.
NOTE THAT ANTI AGING BEAUTY TREATMENT SHOULD NOT START WHEN YOU ARE OLD BUT SHOULD START WHEN YOU ARE YOUNG. KEEPING YOUR SKIN LOOKING AS YOUNG AS POSSIBLE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THAT. PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
