Sorry guys for the long... Wait, but finally I'm back with the PH effects.
Having healthy and clear skin can be a dream for some people while for others it's as simple as waking up. However there is a thing or two you need to know about Your skin for it to flourish.1 What your skin hates.
Overtime you don't need science or a doctor to tell you to start reducing products from your facial routine to see what's causing the outbreak. Instead you should always listen to your skin's cry after applying certain product on your skin or being in certain environment. Eg. For some people... It doesn't matter what kind of soap it is, whenever they use soap on their face it breaks out. However most people won't be aware of the fact that soaps do cause break out because they are thinking it'd soap...it cleans.
Soaps are made with fragrance and preservative chemicals that can be armful for skin. These elements disturb the PH balance of your skin after usage and trigger an outbreak. Some soaps especially bar soap clogs the pore of your skin. It cleanse the surface and dry out the natural oils of the skin, then tightens the skin leaving all the dirt in the pour trapped which can trigger an outbreak.
Things your skin may hate.
Soaps
Dirty environment
Hair in the face
Excessive oils
2 Removing products from the skin.
Think of it like this, "My skin is my baby. My baby is my skin". Removing things from a child is not easy for sure. They will throw a tantrum if the things they are so use to having, even if it's bad for them, suddenly gets taken away. It's the same reaction for your skin. Your skin will start throwing tantrums, breaking out more, even if that's the product causing the break out. Then you will think "definitely not it" and start using the product again. Let's remember the skin works along with psychology. If you start using a product thinking it's good for your skin then your brain is trained thinking it's good for your skin. So when you suddenly stop the brain will send messages to your skin to break out more.
To remove products from your skin I recommend decrease usage to small amount over the span of two weeks, until no usage.
3 Reuse to decide
After two weeks of reducing skin care products to no products at all. Meaning in the third week you will be just using water to wash your face preferably warm water to reboot how your skin function. This will restore your skin's natural PH balance and natural oils. Once your face is on a fresh start... You are then going to enter the experimental stage.Slowly in small amount add one product at a time back to your routine with a five day span between each product. If the product didn't cause any breakout to your skin within the five day, it's more likely that it wasn't the cause of your breakout. However, if the product cause irritation like severe dryness or excessive oil or acne then that's the product causing breakout and disturbing your skin's pH balance.
4 Finally sticking to one routine.
Just like love, marrying one person to stick with forever and ever during sickness, health, poverty and richness. So should you marry the product that works for your skin.
Don't switch up cause you got rich and need the bougie. Even if the bougie works! Don't switch up. This will confuse your skin and eventually leads to a breakout that only can be fix by going back to basics, water.
So to understand your skin's pH, know what your skin hates. In other words, what disturb your skin's pH balance. Remove products completely to restore the natural PH balance. Reintegrate products slowly one by one to see which products causing the breakout and finally be loyal to the product that works well with your skin's natural PH balance. That's it for today guys thanks for reading 👍😊
