1/2 cup Brown sugar
3 table spoon Honey
2 tea spoon Apple cider vinegar
3 table spoon Cinnamon powderThe brown sugar acts as an exfoliator, removing excess natural oils, dirt and dead cells on the epidermis of the skin. Those three substance are the main reason behind bad break out, sensitive skin and other skin irritations. The honey enrich the skin with moisture and has antioxidant properties that slow down aging. The apple cider vinegar restore the pH levels to your skin, in other words it gives your skin a balance controlling oils and other chemical reactions that takes place within the skin. Lastly Cinnamon powder my favourite skin treatment reagent. It de-clog pores and support healthy blood flow which mean more oxygen for the skin and nutrition giving your face a plumped healthy glow that only pregnant women are said to acquire.

My friend tried this mix and it worked for her. She's not the type that experiment with homemade products therefore she didn't trust me but after visiting her dermatologist, he told her the ingredients were safe and good for skin especially the apple cider vinegar. On the other hand, I didn't use any of my home made scrub for a week or over and break out started to pop up on my face. I'm still trying to figure out my skin as to how much times/ days I can go without the scrub before it's effectiveness wear out. Every skin is different so a week could be good for you, but not for me. Three days without the scrub could be good for me but not for you. Know your skin, you've been living with it all your life, you should be able to rule out certain judgement.
NB she has moderate to oily skin.
