Dusk neared and so did Ena’s fears.
As time went by, Ena started having all sorts of bad thoughts and with every second she prayed that Father would just appear in front of her even if it had to be out of nowhere.

Meanwhile, father had proceeded with no luck. He was tired and exhausted. He wished he would disappear into thin air and be rid of these laborious tries. He wanted to be home with his dear children.

After an hour’s pondering, he changed his route. The men behind him did not question. They simply followed suite. It was as if they had all wished for the same thing and had waited for some sign to change their course of action.
They were heading home. All of them.
