The Hunter

•Chapter 6•

Perseus could feel his body start to jolt up, his nerves and senses were all hazy as of this moment. Perseus could feel a smooth like structure that was below him. The demigod woke up in a rush his head darting across the room. White bed sheets were laid across the bed Perseus was sleeping on. White walls enclosed the young prince with a few gold columns. It looked like it was for royalty.

Perseus saw a wooden door right in front of him in the room, The demigod Prince sat upright rubbing his head of the coming migraine. Perseus' head was throbbing with pain, his muscles were sore as Tartarus. Perseus could faintly see a bandage wrapped around his chest, The door creaked open as sunlight flooding inside the room.

The God of medicine Apollo walked into the room his signature doctor outfit on "So Perseus feeling better?"

Perseus shook his head "My head hurts and my muscles are sore, what happened while I was asleep?" Perseus asked

"I treated you back to health, you had pretty serious injuries" Apollo stated

"Was it that bad?" Perseus asked gob smacked

"It was, blood everywhere, some severed finger and all that" Apollo said. Perseus panicked and looked at his fingers checking to see if he had a missing finger

"I'm just joking, there were no severed limbs, although a lot of blood came out of your wounds" Apollo stated, Perseus nodded skeptically still not sure if there really was no severed limbs.

"Now, I'll chant a healing spell and the pain and headache should go away" Apollo said, the God of the sun glowed yellow while chanting a spell, the room turned a bright yellow filling every nook and cranny with yellow light. Perseus could feel all of his pain and head aches go away. The light died down after a while.

Perseus got out of the bed and stretched his limbs, Perseus could feel a few stitches being broken, Perseus gasped in pain.

"Dude, I said it relieved the pain, I didn't say it would heal your wounds" Apollo exclaimed, Apollo sighed and re stitched Perseus' wounds

"Aren't you supposed to be like a God of medicine, then why can't you heal my wounds?" Perseus questioned

"I've only been a god for like a year, so I'm still clumsy at my domains, same with all the new gods, I once saw Hermes run as fast as a turtle and trip" Apollo said laughing. Perseus gave off a small chuckle

"Now I believe my sister is looking for you" Apollo stated flashing out of the room. Perseus covered his eyes to avoid being incinerated. The demigod walked out of the room not trying to get any stitches coming lose. Perseus could feel the change of aura as a silver eyes goddess came charging at the young prince. Perseus froze as Artemis hugged the life out of Perseus

"Perseus" Artemis exclaimed

"A-Artemis S-stitches" Perseus said in between breathes. Artemis let go of Perseus.

"So Artemis how's life" Perseus said rubbing his newly reopened wound

"How's Life!, you've been asleep for weeks and you say that" Artemis said gob smacked at the idiocy of Perseus

"Um, I dunno what to say, and besides I think that was the greatest option of starting a conversation" Perseus said chuckling.

"Don't you ever do a stunt like that ever again Perseus" Artemis scolded, Perseus chuckled a little

"Yes mom" Perseus said sarcastically, the two chuckled lightly missing the company.
