The eastern wind blows, But my yearning is everlasting. The sounds of the busy streets of Yunmeng, The tranquil winds of Gusu, Both so different, yet I find myself drawn to you. Over the vast blue mountains, I transverse listlessly. The cries of the cicadas have long been silenced. The snow flutters in the wind, And I am reminded of you.

Rain drops in Yunmeng, The lantern floats above. The roar of the morning comes. And the mist disperses. Yet... I cannot return.

Tying up his long black hair,
He awaits for the call of a familiar voice.
But it never comes.
The deafening sound of silence lingers.
The cold flowers of Gusu,
And the valiant hills of Yunmeng,
So different yet they compliment each other.
The snow quietly drifts,
Settling on the ground.
I walk alone,
The chilly air lingers beside me.
In the snow, I leave my foot prints,
Just in case you come looking for me,
Wei Ying.

Underneath the cold and gentle breeze of the moonlight, A cup of Emperor's smile wine accompanies me and my sorrow. Can I bury what is aching my heart? The pain of losing you still ripples in my soul. The boisterous and frivolous act, I miss it so much. Your teasing, your smile, They are nothing but memories now. The scars that I bear are proud marks of my love to you. I cannot shake these feelings that I have, My world has turn grey and empty. Down by the lotus pier Memories of the an old friend , And loquat resurfaces. The still and silent night sings along with my 'inquiry'. The cold and restlessness seeps into my bones, As I sit here, The cold cloud of frost settles in. The dew on the morning grass glistens in the sun. But you are not here And the hole in my heart has been left empty We sat and we drank beneath the moonlight. But I was not drunk on the wine, But on you.
