"I'm sorry Ms.(y/l/n)" Louis innocently smiled. "Can I just take the register now!?" I asked in an annoyed tone. "No-one's stopping you" Zayn mumbled. I pretended not to hear his sassy remark as I sat back down in my seat grabbing the attendance and marking the correct mark by each name:

"Alex"

"Here"

"Anna"

"Here"

"Ashley"

"Absent"

"Beth"

"Present"

"Billy"

"Here"

"Cassandra"

"Here"

I looked up to see the curly haired boy with a smirk on his face. 'What's with this boy and smirking?!' I thought. I rolled my eyes and continued,

"Isabelle"

"Present"

"Josie"

"Absent"

"Katie"

"Here"

"Kimberly"

"Here"

"Leroy"

"Present"

"Liam"

"Louis"

"HERE!!!!"

Everyone started laughing, excluding me. "Are you okay?" I asked him. "He's always like this, if you haven't noticed" Malik butted in "And if you haven't noticed I wasn't talking to you" I smirked. "Whatever" he returned to his book while I returned to the register. (A/N: I have no idea what they call them in the US but here we call them registers)

"Mathew"

"Absent"

"Maddie"

"Absent"

"Niall"

"Here"

And last but not least,

"Zayn"

"......"

"Zayn!"

"What!"

"Just say you're fucking here" I snapped. "I'm fucking here" he foolishly smiled. "Haha, dude take the 'E' off of here" Louis laughed. I furrowed my eyebrows together in confusion. "I'm fucking her" He chuckled. "Both of you have detention" I replied resisting my urge to strangle them right then and there. "Totally worth it" I heard Zayn mumble. That's it! "What the hell is your problem!" I fumed. "I don't have a problem sweetheart, you're the one screaming at me" He smiled innocently. If looks could kill he'd be dead when he first said something. "Zayn" I politely called. "Yes Ms.(y/l/n)" He continued to smile. "Wipe that stupid smile off your face before I do it for you!"

And with that said I started to get to know my students, before the bell rang and signaled it was time to go to my math class.
