~Chapter 12~

~Shawn's POV~

It's not really crowded downstairs for breakfast. One girl comes up to me and asks for a picture and a signature on her phone case, but besides that it's pretty dead.

I put two pieces of toast in the toaster and grab a chocolate chip muffin. A few seconds later, a hand rests on my shoulder and I turn around to see Nikki.

"Good morning Shawn." Her hair is up in a bun and she's in sweatpants and a crop top. Somehow she manages to still look beautiful.

"Hi Nikki." I flash her a smile and she blushes.

"I'm sorry about all of the drama going on around here. It's pretty insane."

"It's all good."

"So have you met everyone yet?" She asks while grabbing a yogurt and orange juice.

"Just you and Snow so far. I was going to go introduce myself to Jess and Brittney later today."

"Okay cool. Well I'm going to go get ready for the day." She looks down at her red vans and says, "See you later."

"Bye Nik." Wow, she's great. I pick up my toast and sit down at a table. She's a fangirl but she doesn't go psycho around me. It's sorta a relief. Maybe she is the one I'm looking for. Wait, that would be crazy. We just met!

~Cameron's POV~

A hand smacks me in the face, causing me to wake up. I flip over and see Britt laying sideways, sprawled out on the bed. Her moth is open and she looks like she is dreaming. I can't help but chuckle.

Just as I turn over to go back to sleep, she twitches and wakes up. "Bad dream?" I ask.

"Uh ya." She laughs. "What time is it?"

"8:45."

"Well I am getting up then."

I put on some shorts and walk into the bathroom to do my hair. I'm thinking about cutting it. It's getting awfully long and I can't style it.

"Hey are you still planning on going to that party? It's two days away." Britt mumbles while brushing her teeth. She manages getting toothpaste all over the counter and mirror.

"I think so. Maybe all of us should have a group dinner so we can talk things out."

"Good idea. Wanna send a group text?"

"Yup." I walk into the kitchen and unplug my phone from the charger. I click on the group message and start texting.

"Do you guys want to dinner tonight?"

"Shawny 🎵: Sure what time?"

"Jess 😍💍: There's a lot of stuff in our group going on for those of you who don't realize that."

"Britt 🙊 (BFF): Guys this would be a great time to talk everything out together."

"Mattchu 🌚: Ya it would be nice to talk about things..."

"Nik 👏: I say yes."

"Nashty 💩: Sure. Whatever."

"Snow ❄️: I made a reservation at 5:00 for Mortins Steak House. See you guys there."

"Britt 🙊 (BFF): Yeet."

"Nik 👏: Shut up madelaugh. Jk I love you Britt."

I lock my phone and turn to Brittney. "Madelaugh?"

"It's a long story from a while ago when we were fangirling like crazy over you. Snow, Jess, Nikki, and I had our own little group message. " She explains then starts laughing.
