So it has been 2 years since Austin and Catherine's death. Landon is still going out getting drunk on the weekends. Shyla on the other hand has been having some problems. She doesn't know how to raise a child and she is scared that she is not fit to be a mom. She has been reading books to help her, but she is worried she might screw up. Elle is now 4 years old and she is depressed. She keeps blaming herself for her parent's death. So to help everyone get through their problems, Shyla made Landon join an AA club, signed Elle up for therapy, and she joined a mom's beginner class.
*Shyla's pov*
Shyla: Elle, baby it's time for your appointment.
Elle: Do I have to??
Shyla: Yes. Now go and get ready we have 15 minutes.
Elle: Fine.
Shyla: Landon time to get ready for your meeting.
Landon: Do I have to??
Shyla: Yes.
I am sick of them. They know our routine and they always never want to do what they are suppose to do. Elle is always screaming and crying because she wakes up from nightmares. Plus I can't keep waking up to her sweating and she asks me questions that a mother should answer, but I can't give her an answer because I don't know how to be a mom.And Landon just doesn't want to help himself. He came in the other night drunk and high. I was shocked, not by the drunk part, but by him being high. I made him sleep in his car because I didn't want Elle to see him like that and plus he was not about to stink up the house. I seriously can't handle all this stress.
