This jittery squirrel has the biggest sugar-tooth! He's so sweet that you'll get cavities.

His interests are sugary foods, video games, scooter riding, and Batman.

His love interest is a lollipop, a gumball machine, and a box of chocolates. (lol)

It is apparent that his googly eye is an amblyopia, or a lazy eye, as it is almost looking down and drops down whenever he looks somewhere else; it also bounces around when he jitters. As a result of his huge sugar intake, Nutty is often hyperactive and jittery, and giggles more than he talks (sometimes he even giggles while he is dying).

Now for his origin its gonna be pretty simple but kinda of a theory. Remember the phrase "Don't take candy from strangers"; well of course Nutty did the opposite of that when he was little.

His parents would never allow him to have any surgery foods of any kind. They say its the devil's food or some sort. Nutty came from a religious family of Christianity but was often abused from his parents of he disobeys him; even from the littlest mistake.

Occasionally his parents would burn him with a cross but that was covered from his fur later on which is unnoticeable to others.

When he turned 12 he decided to run away. He never came back since...

A child on the sidewalk dropped a lollipop and Nutty was hungry so he grabbed it and ate it. That's when his addiction started to burst. He had no parents or anyone to tell him what to do so he was all by himself and moved to HTF town, living in an abandoned house but was later on fixed by Handy.

Nutty will do whatever it takes to get the sugar he wants, even if it will hurt or even kill him and others around him. If he does not get what he wants, he becomes very irate.

Sorry if this wasn't much. There are a few more characters I'll be doing except Flippy since I found out there was already a canon backstory about him.
