Bella’s POV

I nodded politely to the cashier and picked up the bags. Niall will be so happy with what I bought! Lots of lollies, soft drinks, chips, and NANDO’S! Ni got me obsessed after bringing me to Nando’s the other day, so I got him some on the way to the supermarket.

“He’s gonna loooovvvvveeee me!” I sang happily to myself as I turned onto our street.

It was dark on the street, the only light coming from the fading street lamps. There was no moon, and the bushes and trees made shadows on the tarmac. It was… eerie. I picked up my pace, humming to myself.

Stop it Bella. You’re being stupid. Its just a street.

 

I breathed a sigh of relief as the hotel came into my sight. But then I heard something. No not something. My name. I spun around and gasped when I saw what was behind me. No, not what. Who.

 

“Hey Bella. Long time no see!” Will smirked.

I growled. He looked just the same as ever, unruly ginger hair, chinos and vans. Hands in pockets, relaxed look. But I knew that within a minute it could change to fast, angry action. He smiled at me.

“Oh come on don’t do that! And we were having such a nice time!”

I glared at him. “Cut the bull shit Will. What are you doing here? If you’re here for George, it’ll never happen. She has 8 friends and a very angry boyfriend protecting her.”

An angry look flashed through his eyes, but it was gone just as quick as it appeared.
