"What? What's wrong?" Dean asked getting frantic.
"My waters broke" Morgan said panicked "I'm supposed to have another few weeks Dean"
"It's okay baby I promise okay?" Dean stated and cupped her face.
"We have a problem" Charlie stated "we won't get to the hospital the doors are still bolted from the angels"
"Okay we just we have to work together here" Sam stated "dean go take her somewhere comfortable and I will grab supplies"

"CAS GET DOWN HERE NOW YOU SAID YOU KNEW WHAT TO DO" dean yelled and Cas appeared "she's in labour Cas you said you could deliver if need be and our doors are still bricked up"
Cas nodded "Okay Morgan I hate to break it to you but you aren't very far along I think it will be another few hours yet" Cas stated.
"Of course" Morgan hissed.
"How long we talking Cas?" Dean asked.
"I don't know we could say another 5 hours" Cas stated.
......
Things moved along rather quickly and it was time.
"A few more pushes Morgan" Cas stated "you can do it"
"No I can't" she sobbed "it hurts I have had enough"
"Baby you can do this I promise" dean stated "just one more big push okay?"
"Okay" she cried.
"Okay" Cas smiled and nodded.
Soon after a babies cry filled the room.
"It's a girl" Cas smiled and handed the baby to Morgan.
"Hi" she smiled and looked down at her.
It wasn't often Dean Winchester let himself cry in front of people... but right now he was.
"You wanna hold her?" Morgan smiled and dean nodded.
"Hi princess I'm your daddy" he smiled "thank you Cas"
He smiled and nodded and left the room.
"Marry me" dean said.
"What?" Morgan said shocked.
"Marry me baby?"
Morgan nodded "of course" they both then kissed.
