It had been 3 days, trust Cas to lose his grace now this can't be happening.
"Dean you need to go shower" Sam stated "you haven't moved for 3 days"
"I can't I need to be here when she wakes up" Dean said.
"She won't want you to be the first thing she smells when she wakes up" Sam laughed and Dean nodded.
"Okay" Dean sighed "I'll be back soon baby" Dean stated kissing her head.
"I'll be 5 minutes tops" Dean stated.

Sam sat flicking through his book.
"Sam" he heard a voice.
"Thank god" Sam breathed out "you are alright" he smiled.
"Is dean okay?" She asked.
"Yeah he's alright!"
On queue Dean walked in.
"Hey" She smiled.
"Thank god" he said running to her and kissing her "I thought I lost you"
"Dean the baby" She Panicked.
"There's still a heartbeat" Dean smiled "the doctor will check and see how things are now you are awake alright?" She nodded.

"Well your baby is okay" the doctor smiled "we are gonna keep you in a few days to keep an eye but you are going to be fine. Maybe your husband will get longer than 45 minutes sleep now" the doctor smiled leaving.
"I wanna see Isla" Morgan said.
"Tomorrow okay? I will get Cas to bring her tomorrow" Dean smiled and Morgan nodded.
"I'm gonna go call bobby and Jess" Sam smiled when someone swung in the room.
"SOMEONE COULD HAVE GOT ME HERE SOONER" Charlie yelled.
"Charlie" Morgan laughed.
