Sam sat down beside Dean.
"She can't be dead" Dean stated tears falling "and we can't lose another baby"
"She will be okay" Sam stated "you know why does she and dad hate each other so much"
"She hates his guts because she knows and saw what he did to me anytime he felt I wasn't protecting you enough- he used to beat me till I could barely breathe anymore" Dean paused "he made me feel worthless Sammy and she knows everything- he beat her too. Someone could call Jess and bobby and I have tried Cas and nothing"
"I will call them soon when we know what's going on" Sam smiled.
"Mr Winchester" the doctor said.
"Is she okay?" He asked standing up.
"She's stable we won't know the full severity of her condition until she wakes up but she did very well when we removed the bullet" The doctor smiled.
"And the baby?" Sam asked.
"Up until now there is a heartbeat still, so they are fighting very hard too" the doctor smiled.
"Can I see her?" Dean asked and the doctor nodded.
"There's a lot of wires attached don't panic it's just to monitor her and the baby" the doctor smiled.
Dean entered the room.
"I'm gonna call bobby and Jess" Sam smiled "I will be right back. I will tell Jess once Cas gets back to keep Isla"
"Sam don't let them go to the bunker" Dean said and Sam nodded "Cas will fix it" dean smiled.
"Hey baby" Dean said sitting down and kissing her hand "you both gotta keep fighting, you gotta help me fix this mark" Dean stated "I need you and I swear I'm going to kill him for this I will"
