"Go. And hurry."
Her nose creased at the sound of her full title. With the shake of her head, she grabbed Loki's hand once more as they began to walk towards the gate.
"Thank you, Heimdall." She smiled before halting in her steps.
"You can go first, this thing is always- weird?" She murmured, peering down at the ruined ends of her skirt. It's a bloody good job she didn't really like dresses and gowns because otherwise she would be distraught.
"Also, before we go," she called over to Heimdall, "have no worries, I'm practically on babysitting duty."
Heimdall nodded at Valkyrie, and let the two of them pass into the realm.
Loki nods at Val and slowly walks into the portal, the light that glowed from it seemingly swallowing his figure whole.
He soon found himself to be on Midgard.
The area was familiar, there were skyscrapers and towers that touched the clouds in the air.
It was daytime, and he seemed to have arrived in a park.
Central Park to be exact.
He waited for Val, hoping that she wasn't caught or anything awful like that.
Valkyrie had used the portal plenty of times yet she still detested it no matter what.
Shortly after Loki had walked into the portal, Val followed, soon arriving next to the Prince in a pretty urban area.
Her landing would have been a lot nicer if she hadn't ended up almost tripping onto the Prince but what did she know?
It's not like she knew where he was going to be standing once she arrived.
"This place is pretty, thank god that there's people." She muttered as she looked around, completely bewildered by the sights.
Her excitement at the new landscape quickly consumed her as so toddled over to some grass where a patch of daisies seemingly grew.
The delicacy of the petals amused her, it was really nothing like she had seen before.
At least she would be easy to entertain for the time being.
Patting the grass next to her, she called over to the raven haired man. "C'mon, sit down! We can relax now? Can't we?"
"I guess," he said, walking over to Valkyrie, "But we may have to disguise ourselves. Otherwise we look fairly out of place."
His outfit soon morphed into his signature suede black suit and tie, his hair still being the same.
"Now I'm aware you can't just morph into a different outfit, so that may mean we would have to ask around for a disguise."
Getting back up, Valkyrie placed a hand on her hip as she looked around. "Where would I even find a- woah." Her question was cut short as she turned back, noticing the Prince's different clothing. It suited him rather well, but now she looked like a crazy cat lady got dragged through a hedge backwards.
He examined her (beautiful) face, "And maybe lose the face decal..just for safe measure. Because with it you look like a feisty warrior, and scaring Midgards isn't what we should do."
Of course he had no problem with feisty looking women, but safety was safety.
"I'm only losing the decal if you lose those locks of yours." She cockily remarked, tilting her head to the side to see whether he would agree to this 'deal'. "If you don't, I'm not changing the decal at all."
