Hyunjin's POV

Hyunjin sat impatiently in the library across from Minho who was concentrating on his essay notes.

"Hyuunggg, how much longer do we have to stay here?" He complained, pouting his big lips and putting his chin on top of his crossed arms which were on the table.

"Until I finish my essay notes Hyunjin," Minho replied, in a slightly annoyed tone.

"Can't you finish that later and we can go to the gymnasium for basketball practice?" Hyunjin suggested.

"Hyunjin, basketball practice isn't until 6:00 tonight and it's only 4:17. I need to finish these notes since practice doesn't end until 8:30 and I'll be too tired to do it then. If you really don't wanna be here, you can head off to the gymnasium now and I'll meet you there in an hour." Minho explained, clearly very annoyed now.

"But no one else is gonna be there except the junior basketball team, I'll have nothing to do," Hyunjin complained again.

His hyung didn't even bother answering this time and continued to vigorously write down his essay notes.

"Fine. I'll stay here, but you owe me cookie dough ice cream." Hyunjin said, furrowing his eyebrows and resting his chin on the table while pouting.

A few minutes later, a boy walked into the library, catching Hyunjin's attention. He watched the boy walk by as the scent of flowers lingered passed him. The boy sat at the table behind his hyung and started reading a book.

For the next hour, Hyunjin stared at the flower boy, completely infatuated.

Every now and then the boy would look up from his book as if he could sense someone staring at him, but luckily Hyunjin and quick reflexes and managed to looked away until the boy started reading again.

Eventually, Minho finished writing his essay notes and stood up ready to leave, but Hyunjin was too busy staring at his newly found love interest to notice.

"Hello? Hyunjin? Earth to Hyunjin?" Minho snapped at him, finally getting the youngers attention.

"Finally, I've been trying to get your attention for the past two minutes." The older told him.

"Sorry hyung, what were you saying?" Hyunjin asked, finally taking his eyes off the boy.

"I said that we can go to the gymnasium now, I've finished writing my essay notes," Minho explained, rolling his eyes.

Hyunjin nodded. He felt a little down since he didn't want to leave the library anymore, but he knew that his hyung would most likely ask him to come to the library again the next day.

He stood up, took one final glance at the flower boy who was still reading and jogged out of the library to catch up with Minho.

The next day, Hyunjin rushed to Minho's locker after school. He was excited to go to the library and see the flower boy again.

"Are we going to the library again today?" He asked his hyung.

"Since you were complaining a lot yesterday, I decided to just do my homework in the morning, so we can go to the gymnasium now." Minho told him, closing the door to his locker.

"Wha - I mean, no it's okay hyung. I know you have a lot of homework and you probably won't be able to finish them in the morning, so we can go to the library before basketball practice today." Hyunjin said to his hyung, trying not to sound obvious.

"Hyunjin are you okay? Are you sure you would rather go to the library with me and watch me do my homework instead of going to practice early?" Minho questioned him, with a confused expression on his face.

"Positive," Hyunjin replied.

"The library it is then, are you sure you're not sick?" His hyung asked him, but he didn't get an answer because Hyunjin was already ahead of him, making his way to the library.

Hyunjin sat down at the same table and patiently waited for the flower boy to walk into the library. After ten minutes, the said boy finally walked in and Hyunjin found himself infatuated once again by the boy.

"Hyung, do you know who that is?" Hyunjin asked, using his lips to discreetly point at the boy who just walked in.

"He's Kim Seungmin, why?" Minho asked, looking up from his homework.

"N - no reason. I've just never seen him before." Hyunjin retorted.

"He's in almost all of our classes Hyunjin," Minho informed him, rolling his eyes.

"Since when?!" Hyunjin said a little too loud, gaining the attention of the students around him, including Seungmin. He slid into his chair as his face grew red in embarrassment.

"Since like forever Hyunjin, now keep it down before we get kicked out of here." Minho scolded him.

Hyunjin was dumbfounded. How come he hasn't noticed Seungmin until now? Hyunjin beat himself up in his head for his stupidity and lack of awareness.

"I could have made a move by now if I had noticed earlier." He muttered to himself.
