Seungmin's POV

Seungmin and Jeongin arrived at the school gymnasium early, there weren't many people there yet, only the Jaguars and their opponents.

They chose the lowest spot on the bleachers and watched the two teams do their pre-game training. After a few minutes, Hyunjin and a few of his friends noticed them and decided to take a break.

"Hey, I'm so happy you guys came," Hyunjin told them.

"Wouldn't miss it for the world," Jeongin replied ecstatically.

"Oh, let me introduce you to my friends. This is Minho and Chan. Minho and Chan this is Jeongin and Seungmin. Changbin's not here yet but he'll be here soon." Hyunjin said gesturing to his friends.

Minho gave the two a smile and went back to training.

"Hi, I'm Chan." The older introduced.

Seungmin noticed how flustered Jeongin became and gave him a nudge with his elbow to tell him to say something.

"H-hello, I'm Jeongin." The younger said, flashing his signature smile.

"Hehehe, you're cute." Chan complimented.

Jeongin just smiled as his cheeks wore a bright red colour.

"We have to continue training now, I'll see you guys later. Cheer for me okay?" Hyunjin told them before going back onto the court.

"Oh my god, he just called me cute! The one and only Bang Chan called me cute!" Jeongin cheered.

"I'm happy for you Jeongin," Seungmin told the younger, flashing him heartful smile.

Jeongin's POV

Jeongin couldn't help but feel guilty, he didn't mean to shove his love life into Seungmin's face like that. He had a feeling that Seungmin was sad that Hyunjin wasn't showing any signs of affection towards him so far. He knew he had to do something, so he came up with a plan.

Seungmin's POV

People started filling up the bleachers and eventually, there were no spots left, so some people had to sit on the floor or watch standing up. The boys had finished practicing a while ago and gone back into the changerooms.

Soon the cheerleading squad came out and performed their routines. Seungmin saw his friends Chaeyoung and Tzuyu and watched them dance their cheer routine.

When they finished, the umpires got ready and the basketball teams came out. The SM Scorpions came out first, followed by the JYP Jaguars. Seungmin cheered loudly and Hyunjin waved at him.

Finally, the game started and Hyunjin had possession of the ball. Seungmin watched in awe as Hyunjin weaved through the defense and scored a layup.

SM started off with the ball this time, but luckily Bang Chan was able to intercept them and score a goal.

4-0

This time, SM was able to get the ball past halfway, but Bang Chan was able to intercept again. Just as he was about to go for a shot, he was blocked and intercepted by an SM player who managed to score a goal. Bang Chan was subbed off and Minho came on.
