Seungmin's POV

Seungmin was at his locker before class when he was startled by a deep voice behind him. He turned around to see a blonde, freckled faced aussie.

"Felix!" He screeched and gave the boy a massive hug.

"Seungmin... I can't breathe." Felix gasped.

Seungmin didn't let go. Instead, he hugged the aussie tighter.

"I don't care! You owe me for all the hugs you didn't give me because you were away in Australia for a whole month!" The younger pouted.

Felix wriggled out of Seungmin's grasp and quickly put his hand out before the younger could constrict him again.

Seungmin tried to grasp Felix but the boy's hand on his forehead left him with his arms flailing around uselessly. He eventually let out a sigh and gave up.

"Much better." Felix chuckled.

"I missed you so much hyung! I have so much to tell you! But first, let's go find Jeongin." Seungmin told him.

"Is this Jeongin kid nice or-" Felix began before Seungmin dragged him away.

Seungmin and Felix had found Jeongin and gone to their first class. Seungmin had noticed that Felix actually liked Jeongin and they were acting like they had been best friends for years.

"So you're telling me that this guy confessed to you and you said no?" Felix questioned, furrowing his eyebrows.

Seungmin gave him a nod.

"HA! Sucks to be him!" The blonde laughed.

"Felix hyung! Hyunjin's actually a really nice guy and he really likes Seungmin hyung alot! So please convince him to like him back." Jeongin pouted.

"We'll see." Felix answered.

Felix had always been over protective of Seungmin. He wanted to protect the flower boy just like he did when Felix had just moved to Korea five years ago.

Believe or not, Seungmin was actually a force to be reckoned with back in their first year of high school and fought off the bullies that teased Felix for his freckles and lack in korean.

But Seungmin's intimidating persona slowly morphed into a quiet bookworm and he disappeared into the crowd.

Seungmin was the only one willing to be friends with Felix since he was the only one in his class that could speak fluent english.

Ever since then, they've hit it off and are inseparable. That's why Seungmin was so devastated when Felix said he was going on a vacation to Australia for a whole month.

He didn't want his best friend to go and leave him vulnerable.

Hyunjin's POV

Hyunjin walked into the class room with Minho and noticed Seungmin at his desk talking to Jeongin and someone he had never seen before.

"Minho hyung, whose that?" Hyunjin questioned.

"That's Lee Felix, don't tell me you don't know who he is either. Like Seungmin, he's in all of our classes." Minho explained.

"Who is he to Seungmin?" He asked.

"He's Seungmin's bestfriend. I remember the year before you and Chan transferred here, Felix moved from Australia and Seungmin would protect him from the bullies." Minho answered.

"Seungmin did that?" Hyunjin said in surprise, completely baffled at the idea of Seungmin standing up against bullies.

He was completely astonished that Seungmin, a fluffy bookworm could be prideful and intimidating, the duality!

Hyunjin walked over to where Seungmin was sitting and tapped him on the shoulder. Jeongin and the Felix boy turned around to face him.

"Hey Seungmin. I read the list and I think I'm going to start working on the last one right now." Hyunjin smirked, and winked at him.

He then turned to Felix and put his hand out for a hand shake.

"Hi! My name is-" He began before Felix interrupted him by returning the hand shake with a strong grip.

"So this must be Hyunjin... I agree with how you guys described him earlier. Tall.., big lips.., and so on. But I think you guys forgot to mention somethings..." Felix spoke, eyeing him down.

Hyunjin gulped. He hadn't expected Felix's voice to be so deep and intimidating. And the way he spoke was as if he was a snake wrapped around his neck, slowly constricting him.

"You guys didn't tell me he was... lanky.., a playboy..," Felix continued.

Hyunjin didn't make eye contact. He could slowly feel his self confidence disintegrating as Felix belittled him.

"average." Felix finished before sitting back down at his desk, unbothered.

Hyunjin's face grew red in embarrassment. He thought befriending and getting Felix's approval would be easy but he now knew it was going to be much harder than he thought after experiencing how easily Felix had roasted him.

"Goodluck with that." Seungmin whispered and gave him an apologetic look.
