Seungmin's POV

Seungmin arrived at school just before his first class started. The reason being that he decided not set his alarm 'just in case' he had a dream about Hyunjin and he didn't want it to be cut short.

Well, he didn't.

He sat next to Jeongin and took out his notebook as the teacher walked into the classroom. He was in such a hurry that he didn't notice Hyunjin sitting behind him.

"You were almost late." Jeongin told him.

"Yes, I know." Seungmin replied.

During lunch break, Jeongin dragged Seungmin away from where they usually ate their lunch.

"Seungminnie hyung, come with me. I need to go to the toilet." The younger spoke.

"Jeongin, there was a toilet over there." Seungmin stated.

"But I like this one better. Now stay here. Don't move. I'll be back" Jeongin said, before rushing into the bathroom.

"Aish! This kid!" He muttered to himself.

Seungmin waited patiently for Jeongin until something suddenly hit his forehead.

"Oww~" He whimpered.

He noticed that what had hit him was a pastel blue paper airplane. He opened it and inside was small message written in messy handwriting.

It read:

"come up onto the rooftop"

Seungmin looked up and noticed a figure up on the rooftop, but he couldn't recognize who it was because their back was facing towards him and the sun was extremely bright.

He folded the note into his pocket and made his way up the stairs.

Once on the empty rooftop, he looked around and noticed a familiar figure a few meters away from him.

Hyunjin.

Hyunjin walked closer to Seungmin until they were only a couple of meters apart.

"...Hyunjin." Seungmin uttered.

"Seungmin..."

Hyunjin took a step closer so they were only a meter apart.

"Seungmin... I like you... please say you like me back... please be my boyfriend" The older blurted out.

Seungmin was shocked. Was this real? Was Hyunjin really confessing to him?

"Hyunjin... I-" He began, not knowing what to say.

"I like you too." Seungmin finally answered.

Hyunjin's smile grew wide. He began to come closer but Seungmin stopped him.

"But-" He spoke, his face unreadable.

"I don't want to be your boyfriend... I don't think I'm ready." He finished.

Hyunjin's smile turned into a frown as his eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"Hyunjin... you have to understand that we haven't know each other for that long. We don't even know a lot about each other... we don't know if these feeling are even real yet." Seungmin explained.

He waited for Hyunjin's reaction. He waited for Hyunjin to get mad him, he waited for the older to walk out, he waited for things to go wrong...

but they didn't.

Instead of getting mad, instead of walking out and instead of things going wrong... Hyunjin smiled. He stepped closer to Seungmin and embraced him in a warm hug.

"I'll wait for you to be ready Seungmin. I'll make sure that we get to know each other more, we'll become like best friends and I'll prove to you that my feelings for you are real. I like you Seungmin and I hope that one day I'll have the honor of calling you mine." Hyunjin whispered softly into his ear.

Hyunjin broke the hug and gave Seungmin a small kiss on his forehead before walking away.
