Chapter 22

Taylor’s P.O.V

It’s the 4th of July! I’ve invited all the dancers, the band and the whole crew over to my Rhode Island home for a 4th of July Celebration. Everyone’s here right now and at the present moment in time we are all spontaneously painting our faces with everything patriotic. I’ve just finished painting ‘U.S.A’ on Caitlin’s cheek when a couple of the boys ran into the house with water guns.

“WATER FIGHT”

We ran out to the yard where everyone else was. I grabbed another water gun and started attacking everyone. We were running around for ages squirting water at each other, laughing and laughing until our sides hurt. It was amazing.

We all gathered around the BBQ telling stories while we ate. I look over to Chloe sitting with Caitlin, eating. She’s eating. I’m so happy. I don’t know how this day could get any better.

Later on Ed turned up and joined in the fun. We took crazy amounts of photos with us jumping mid-air or posing on white beach chairs. I made a mental note to put them on a blog for my swifties. We continued our photo shoot and water fights until dark. We all sat out on the beach to watch the fireworks.

“ I’m captivated by you, Baby, Like a firework show” I heard someone sing softly.

I turn around and see it’s Ed. He smiles at me with a special look in his eye. Once the fireworks are finished and everyone is heading back to the house Ed requests that I stay on the beach with him.

“I have something to tell you Taylor…” I nod, encouraging him to keep going before I explode with curiosity of what he’s about to say. He takes a deep breathe in and exhales. He looks up into my eyes again with that same special look in his eye as earlier.

“I think I’m in Love with you”

Hello my beautiful people. I finally got out of my avalanche of homework. Yay! I want to thank you all for being so patient and understanding, it really means a lot.
