Persona: The Apocalypse Chapter 1

I felt incased in darkness. It felt like I was in a bottomless lake, falling endlessly in pitch black water. Without anyone to speak to or to see. It felt lonely and sad as i reached the depths of the void.

???: A... wak.. u...

Is that someone or is it my imagination. I won't excpect anyone to reach for me in this vast emptiness but I think they can't save me from this depsair I'm experiencing. I kept eyes shut and continued to fall in the abyss, ignoring the voice I thought heard.

???: Ace. Wake up. Lets get out of here.

When I heard the voice, I opened my eyes and saw something shinning in front of me. When it went closer, I saw a glowing figure of a female child with long hair.

???: Lets go! Out of this dark world of yours and live freely in the world of others.

She went closer and closer and then hugged me. I felt warmer than before I sank in this deep abyss.

Ace: Who are you? Why did you save me?
???: In time, you will know who I am. I must also warn you of an incoming trial that you must face. This trial will also challenge your world. Now. Arise from your slumber.
Ace: Don't go!

The glowing figure disappeared and the whole place became dark again. Suddenly, I felt a rushing cold current going towards my back. When I turned around, I saw a huge figure emiting a very sinister and evil aura. It went closer to me and tried to snatch me using it's hand but I dogged it. After that I swam and swam and swam to the surface so it won't reach me.

???: GGGRRRRAAAAHHHHHH!!

It screamed and made my ears ring. Because of that, I got starled and became slower because I panicked. It went closer and faster than a while ago and finally grabed me. I tried to struggle out of its hand but it didn't work. It stuck me on its chest and suck me in like it was absorbing me.

Ace: Help! Don't leave me!

Before anyone would responed to me, I was absorbed by the figure

Ace: AAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!
Ethan & Enzo: *shaking Ace* Hey! Wake up!

I woke up because of them shaking, opened my eyes and looked around. What I saw was my freind, my brothers and my dad staring at me like I did something wrong.

Ace(to myself): Wait. Was that a dream? So was I also screaming the whole time? Ok then.

I ignored the akward atmosphere and stared out the window. A few minutes later, I already saw our destination, Alabang Town Center and my dad drove us in front of the entrance to drop us off. I opened the door and we went out of the car. Then my dad opened the car window and called me.

Ace's dad: 5:30, okay?
Ace: Okay, Dad.

He closed the window then drove off leaving us in front the entrance

Jack: Hey! Lets go.
Ace: Okay
Jack: Where are we going to meet him?
Ace: In the food court, I think

We went to the meeting place which was a floor above us so we took an escalator and headed there. When we arrived, he wasn't there. We even roamed around the food court but still didn't see him.

Jack: Oh where, oh where is that fat cunt?
Ace: Maybe he lied and bailed on the plan and went with other people.
Jack: I'm sure that's what he did or he is roaming around even if we told him to meet us here at exactly 12:00.

I was still looking around for him around but instead of seeing him, I noticed a classmate of mine who happens to pass by. His name is Ramirez but I call him Ramir. He is a tall, lean person with nearly the same hairstyle as me, a long base and bangs with trimmed sides and back. I approched him and called for his name.

Ace: Hey! Ramir!
Ramir: Huh? Oh Its you, Ace! What are you doing here?
Ace: I'm going to watch a filipino film for the project in our Filipino class. How about you?
Ramir: Same reason. Anyway, where is he? I thought that he would come with you.
Ace: We haven't found him yet. Oh yeah, I wanna introduce you to someone
Jack meet Ramirez. Ramirez meet Jack.
Ramir: Nice to meet you
Jack: You to.
Ramir: How about we spend our time in the arcade to kill time? Plus, he might go there.
Ace: Okay then.

We headed up to the next floor and immediatly whiped out our Time Zone cards when we reached the arcade and went to Tekken 7. A whole 30 minutes of us switching turns and playing other arcade games, but still he wasn't there. I was bored of waiting for him so I reached into my bag to get my phone and chated another classmate of mine. Suddenly I got a notification, it was one of my classmates who's name is Shina messaged me. I quickly pressed the notif. to see her message.

(in chat dialouge)

Shina: Hey Ace! He's here and asking you when you're going to watch a movie.
Ace: Who are you talking about?
Shina: Stephen. He is here with us in the line. He's asking you what time you're going to watch a movie
Ace: He is there? Tell him we are at Time Zone and we are going to watch at 4:30
China: Okay.

Ace: Hey guys! Stephen's at the cinema already waiting for us!
Jack: Why is he there? Didn't we told him to go to the food court?
Ramir: Maybe he was already going back and fort from the cinema to the food court but didn't see us
Jack: Why not lets just watch a movie now and worry about the other cunt later.
Ace: Okay, I'll just tell Shina were going there.

I messsaged her that we were going there and to not let Stephen leave. After that, We rushed to the cinema by using the fastest route there and arrived their under 5 minutes and we saw Shina, Kars, Justina, and Louise but no Stephen. I aproached China and asked her where is Stephen.

Ace: Hey, Shina! Where's Stephen? Didn't I messaged you that we were going here and not let Stephen leave?
Shina: You did? I might have not checked my phone again but Stephen ran when I told him that you were at Time Zone and you were going to watch at 4:30
Ramir: Come on!
Ace: Don't worry! Im going to fetch him there.

I took the same route that we used and quickly ran back to Time Zone. As I went up the escalator, I already notice a fat figure near the entrance of the arcade. When I set foot to the 3rd floor, I saw him already going towards me.

Stephen: Where we're you guys? I've been walking back and fort from the cinema back to the food court and I didn't see you.

Ace: We wer--

Suddenly, I was cut off by a huge tremor. I quickly grabbed onto something sturdy and hold on to dear life. Stephen did the same thing, I think. While I was holding on, I saw some people who where near the railings fell from the third and second floor. After a few minutes, it stopped and after I looked for Stephen, but he wasn't there except his broken phone. I checked it and saw a message on his wallpaper. It said "Go to them." I thought to myself, "Who's them? Is he talking about the others?"

Random Adult: AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!

I heard a deafening scream of a woman who was just a few meters away from me. When I looked, she was shaking and twitching like hell. I took a closer look and saw something disturbing. Her eyes became black and her eyes and mouth flowed with pitch black blood and the amount was increasing quickly. While that was happening, I heard more screaming althrought the mall and I looked down and saw the same thing happening to the some people.
I looked back at the woman who was near me. I saw her releasing, not blood anymore but, a huge amount of black goo and it covered her whole body. I stepped back as I witness the goo forming slowly into a black figure of a promiscuous woman with a mask having the Roman numeral, III.

Black Figure: *shrieks* ~CoMe HeRe~

Ace: What the fuck is happening?
