I thought I saw your eyes

Work was the worst. Robyn couldn't stop thinking about that Matty guy and her boss yelled at her for being late. Not her fault London had poor footpaths. Her boss was currently talking about the new girl he was going to have working with him. Robyn just nodded her head along to whatever he was saying. Maybe this new girl would be a new friend so Robyn didn't go to the bar by herself and have a drug dealer, named Ara, come up to her every night and over a very strong drug called Ketamine. There was no way that Robyn was going to do that any time soon. "Robyn are you even listening to me?" Her boss asked her as he folded his arms over his chest.

Robyn nodded and placed her feet back on the ground. She had them leaning up on her desk. She was a chill person and was ready to face whatever he said. In all actuality, she was terrified of her boss and would cry once she got home, maybe she'd eat some ice cream and watch Romeo and Juliet for the millionth time. "Yes sir, I was listening and when is the new girl coming in?" Robyn asked, to seem like she was paying attention but she had seem the file on his desk about hiring some extra help and Robyn wasn't getting fired, so it was a win-win situation.

"Tomorrow she's coming in and I would like you to be on time and I also have the meeting with the lead singer of Bring Me tomorrow so, don't be late," He said, pointing a finger at her and making it sound like something horrible would happen if she was late. Maybe she would run into the Matty guy tomorrow and not spill coffee on him. Maybe she should have given him her number. Dammit Robyn! Why do get your ideas at work?

Most of the time Robyn had no clue about what bands her boss was working with but Bring Me did ring a few bells, small bells but bells nonetheless. Maybe it was a band that Ophelia liked or maybe they're super famous and that's why they sound slightly familiar to her. Maybe they were super hot and Robyn could flirt with them. That's the funniest joke that Robyn had ever made and she was quietly chuckling to herself because she could barely talk to a guy without making a fool of herself, let alone flirt and not sound like a fool. Maybe the new girl was like a super flirt and could teach Robyn her ways, so if she ever did see Matty again she could (and would try) to flirt with him. She wishes that she would never see him again. She'd make an even bigger fool of herself the second time around, if she saw him again.
