PART 5 of My Crush

*ALEX'S POV*

At first, I couldn't tell what Jana's facial expression was. Then she glared over at me with her attractive, gorgeous puppy-dog eyes. BULLS EYE, I thought. God dammit shes so freaking hot, hot enough for me to make her jealous!  I hope this works as my devious plan to get my secret crush Jana to like me. Gullible Megan actually believed my marvelous acting. I looked back at Megan, and thought she looked kinda cute when she smiled. Wait, no, this is all for Jana! Megan abruptly interrupted my thinking,"Ok, so what about tomorrow night at eight?" she asks shyly "Sounds great! How bout we catch a movie?" I ask. This is brilliant, Jana is probably gonna spy on us or something that best friends do. "Ok catch you later," she says.  I walked over to Jake. "Hey," I said. "Hey." "So you got a date with Megan," he asked. Oh no, what should I tell him? He's had a major crush on Jana for like... FOREVER! "Uhh, yeah I'll explain later. Right now wanna go to the diving board?" "Sure," he said. We walked up and he dared me to go off the high dive. I did so, and I was pretty nervous, even though this would so get Jana's attention! "1...2....3 JUMP," Jake yelled.

*JANAS POV*

Megan just asked Alex on a date, and I think I'm... jealous? It's just that I've never had a boyfriend before, or even my first kiss yet. Yeah Alex is pretty cute... fine REALLY cute, but I guess I'm happy for her. Unexpectedly  there was a lifeguard who jumped of his seat, and jumped into the water near the deep end. What the...? I walked over and could not believe what was there! Alex was laying on the ground looking like he just drowned. "Jana you know how to do CPR, do it!," I heard a voice behind me say. I then realized it was Megan. "But Megs-," I was cut-off by her. "JUST DO IT," she yelled. He's like her boyfriend, I wouldn't want her to be mad at me but I just started. I breathed into his mouth like three times and then his eyes opened. He pulled away from me and started spitting out water. "What happened," he asked. "You were drowning, but then the lifeguard came, and...," Megan said. Oh no, here comes the guilt I thought. I can see her cheeks turn bright red and she asked if she could go to the bathroom. I followed her. I mean she was the one that asked me! Ughhhhhhh! I saw her feet in one of the stalls and I knocked. "Go away!," she yelled. "Megan, I'm really sorry, I mean it's not my fault I took lessons, on that stuff!" "I know, its just..." "Megan, get out of that stall!," I said. "NO!," she yelled. I jumped back surprised. "I'm really sorry Megan, can we at least talk about this?" "Fine!" She walked out of the stall with tears dripping from her eyes. "Come sit down here," I said. "Ok," she mumbled. "He will always like you. Just because I did that to him, doesn't mean he'll start to like me Megs! It actually saved his life!" I said reassuring her. "I know, but after he realized it was you, he smiled! I think he likes you, and is maybe cooking something up," she said. "Megs, why would you think that? Your an amazing, beautiful girl!" I continued "Thanks Jana," she said. "Your very welcome." She got up and I followed her. I'm glad that she has a caring boy like Alex. Let's just hope that she was wrong, when she said somethings fishy...
