Joining overwatch

(Gabe POV)
"Jack this is stupid she's just gonna be like the last one" "Well Gabe she's top on the list for the best medic". "Ya ya". Gets out of the car. "Gabe lead the way". "My pleasure". I walk inside and find nurses everywhere and I can just picture this Angela Ziegler. Plus that she's gonna be a waste of time. I go up to the counter and ask where we could find her. "She's right down the hall" We go down to her room and go inside. "Great she's not here I knew this was a waste of time". Jack looks at me like really. I hear heels and look at the doorway. "May I help you". Jack looks at her and says "Are you Angela Ziegler". "Yes now tell me what you are doing here". She walks past me and sits down. "Angela we're apart of the group called Overwatch. We wanted you to join us" "Why would I join an organization who kills as they please". "We don't do that I promise we kill only when needed and we could use your help with our soldiers". "How would I help more than I would here". "Though's soldiers have family's and you could save hundreds ,thousands of soldiers than just a few hundred at a time". She things for a minute then looks at Jack. "I'll join but i need some time to pack". "Of course he can help you pack". Jack leaves the room and I help her pack. Even though I don't want to. I start packing things then find a picture of a little girl with her two parents. "Please don't touch that". She grabs it from me and packs everything else. "You ready". "I think so". We walk out to the car then drive to the ship. Once we get on she looks around then straps in. I sit away from her and she falls asleep as we just take off. Once we arrive she unexpectedly wakes up and grabs her stuff. As we head in she sets up in her room and gets started right away. A week passes and she stays in the med bay most the time. I always see her sometimes come out at certain times. But otherwise she stays inside that med bay of hers. I hear people saying someone should tell her to come out and do something with someone. But she can do whatever she wants.
I get a text from Jack saying we're having an outside training course. Great I thought this is gonna be a stupid thing where I have to join in. Might as well get ready. I go and put on a tank top along with some shorts. I go out to the track and stretch for a bit then Jack comes up to me. "Hey man how ya doing". "Okay I guess". "We're about to get started you ready".  "Yep just got done stretching". Everyone outside starts lining up to stations. "Everyone find something to do". They all spread out and I go to the hurtles barley jumping the highest one each time. Eventually I get tired and take a break. I sit and watch everyone run or do exercises. Then one person in particular catches my eye. Angela. She's running down the track racing a couple overwatch agents. She wins then I see her walking towards me. She walks past me and sits up further on the bench. She takes off her shirt and man did she look hot. I looked away to not look creepy. Then her phone goes off and she goes inside to answer it. She comes back out and this time goes and sits by me. "Hey Gabe How you doing". "Peachy doc". "That's good I'll see u tomorrow for our mission". "What.....mission". She laughs "I'm just joking there's no mission". She leaves guessing back to her room. I go inside after her and sure enough she's back in that lab of hers. I knock on her door. Then open her door. "Hey Gabe what's up"? "I was just wondering why you always stay here all the time". "I just do because i get caught up in all my work that it's better to just stay in here". "Oh okay well what are you working on then". "My suit i have it finished and everything so i now just work on papers and medication. "Sounds interesting". "It is". I notice some bloody tissues in her dumpster. "You bleeding Doctor"? "Earlier yes i had a blood nose trying to break up a fight between two soldiers". "oh that's understandable". I look around her room some more then back at her. She looks skinny as a twig but almost to skinny. "you eat right"? "Of course but sometimes i skip meals due to not being hungry or just don't wanna". I look at her desk and see several sleeping pill bottles and aspirin.  I don't ask why but i worry a bit she looks tired and way to skinny for her age. "You wanna grab some food or you gonna skip"? "I'm gonna skip i have a lot of work to get done and i would like to keep going so if you do not mind i'm gonna get back to work your welcome to look around or stick around as long as you like".  "okay thank you". I look around her lab and also notice it's very messy. Then something catches my eye. Several empty syringes on the floor but it was obvious that they had been used recently. I just wondered what was in them and who or what she injected it into. I feel like i should tell Jack about her. Just to make sure she's okay. But the one thing i wanna know is what she put in those syringes and who she tested it on. I need answers and one way or another i'm gonna get the answers i'm looking for. At whatever cost.
