I got home and sighed. I got out the car and went to my house. I walked in and I saw my mom standing in the kitchen as if she was waiting for me.
"Sit down little shit," she spat and I took in a deep breath.
"What I do now?" I sighed.
"Your teacher emailed me. You're failing?" She groaned crossing her arms.
"Ma no-"
"Boy lie to me one more time I promise imma slap you across your head," she said staring me down.
"Damn alright. I am but I hate that class-"
"I don't care what you hate. You gonna hate going to summer school. Get your shit together-"
"You don't got to talk to him like that," dad spat coming in the living room.
"Don't correct me-"
"Jewel relax. It's just one class," dad said getting a little upset.
Here we go again.
"That he keeps fucking failing. He's in danger of going to summer school!" She yelled.
"Ok but there's other ways to get through to him! He's not a little ass kid!"
"Justin go upstairs." Mom barked and I rolled my eyes.
I got up and ran up the stairs. I went to my room and closed my door. They began arguing and I punched my wall. I turned on my tv and collapsed on my bed. They were so loud. I'm used to it already but I feel like I'm the problem. We were a happy family until I went to high school. Once I got here, and shit got real for me, everything went south. They began arguing all the time.
My phone vibrated and I saw a text from Edwin Jr. We call him Jr. just to avoid the whole confusion.
Jr: Yeoo
Me: wassup
Jr: You going to the dinner tomorrow?
Me: what dinner?
Jr: our parents and the band members are having a big ass dinner. We supposed to dress up and shit.
Me: I'll be wearing a hoodie but yea imma go
Jr: nah bitch dress up because my dad making me dress up and I don't wanna be the only one
Me: fuck you. Fine 🙄
Jr: so... I did something
Me: oh god what you do
Jr: I fucked Tiana 😬
Me: WHAT THE FUCK ?!?! HOW
Jr: so... my parents visited her parents today and we was in her room chilling and yea... we fucked 😭😭😭
