Justin

This day didn't even feel important anymore.

It was Saturday, my 18th birthday. Also... my 18th birthday bash. My parents were on the edge of divorce, Unknown is back, the clan is messy. Just seems hopeless.

I grabbed my phone and yawned seeing multiple text messages already.

Celine❤️: HAPPY BIRTHDAY! You're officially an adult but your ass still gonna act half your age 😂 but for real I know we never got along or spoke much but I'm glad we're close now. This whole bet shit is kinda funny but honestly I genuinely care about you. I know shit hasn't been great for you but today let's get fucking wasted and have a good time ok? I'll probably be at your place already when you wake up. The girls gotta pick up our dresses from your mom. So see you later 💋

I smiled at the text and jumped out of bed. I ran downstairs and heard people talking in the living room. I walked in and saw Celine, Tiana, Chloe and their mothers.

"Happy Birthday!" They all yelled.

My mom came to me and kissed my cheek lightly and handed me a cup of coffee.

"Thank you mom," I smiled as Celine approached me.

"Happy birthday," she smiled and I hugged her tight spinning her around.

"Thank you love. I loved the text," I whispered in her ear.

"Aaawwww," the girls smirked.

"Shut it," I groaned.

"I'm still your partner right?" She asked.

"Uh you better be," I laughed.

"Ok cool. It's gonna be a good night ok?" She smiled holding my hands. "I'll make sure of it."

"I believe you," I smirked bringing her back in a hug.

"Ok y'all are real life gross," Aunt Rose laughed.

"Mom shush."

I paced back and forth in the back with the guys waiting for the girls to arrive.

"Why do girls take so long?" Junior groaned.

"Bro shush. They should be here any-"

The doors opened and Tiana and Chloe walked in. Junior dropped his phone at the sight of Tiana and I laughed shaking my head. He walked to her and offered his hand and she blushed lightly. I approached them and I kissed her cheek as well as Chloe's.

"Y'all look beautiful," I smiled.

"Thank you," they replied.

"Celine is putting her shoes on," Chloe said and I nodded.

My dad and Uncle Brandon came to the back and approached me.

"Y'all ready?" Dad asked.

"Why is my daughter always late?" Uncle B groaned.
