- Character Backstory -
You have just finished university in England. You have lived there your whole life, and want to take you career as a youtuber to the USA to start fresh. You've never really felt at home in England, and you have been wanting to live in the USA for as long as you can remember. (Sorry just didn't want to include this in the story really)

You have recently got your diploma from university and you are getting ready to move to the USA Los Angeles. Finally after a long wait, you will finally be able to start your new life.

Y/N POV
Ok passport, check. Boarding pass, check. Phone, check. Purse, check. Ok that's everything I need for now. Everything else is already at my new apartment. I went a couple of weeks ago just to make sure everything was ready for when I move in.

Mum: Y/N!!! Come on! Your dad is outside waiting for you!
Y/N: Coming!!!

You rush down stairs and see your mum standing at the front door.

Mum: have you got everything?
Y/N: yes
Mum: have you said goodbye to your sister?
Y/N: yes! I gave her a hug and kiss goodbye
Mum: good, now go and get in the car with your dad
Y/N: are you sure you don't want to come with us?
Mum: Y/N, seeing your father the other week when you got your diploma was enough for me. Just ring me when he drops you off
Y/N: ok, don't you want me to ring you when I get to La?
Mum: well it's more dangerous being in a car with your dad then being on a plane
Y/N: what? Ok well I better go... aren't you a little upset I'm going?
Mum: hmm? No no, I've got your sister. I'm not too bothered really
Y/N: umm good to know... I guess. Bye Mum!
Mum: Bye Y/N

Y/N POV
Me and my mum don't really get along that well. We have nothing in common, and she only cares about my protection when my dad gets involved. I think she just wants to show she's a better parent. She loves my sister at least. She is a great little sister but she has always favoured the youngest child. She did it with me and my brother. Anyways, I leave the house and get into the car.

Dad: hey darling, you ready?
Y/N: Yep!
Dad: how is your Mum handling it
Y/N: take a guess
Dad: I see... well let's go before you miss the flight.

1 hour later and you arrive at the airport, your dad has parked up the car and gone with you to see you off.

Y/N: ok this is the cut of point
Dad: going to really miss you Y/N
Y/N: I'm going to miss you too Dad

Y/N POV
We both started to cry, this was really weird for me. I have only seen my dad cry 2 times and both were due to loss. But me and my dad have always been really close. He is like my hero. We slowly pull away from each other and I pull my suitcase along waving to my dad saying my final good byes.

17 hours later, you have had a 14 hour flight and got stuck in traffic from the airport. You have a rental car for now until you can buy one for yourself. You have just arrived to your new apartment.

Y/N POV
I did it, I finally moved to America! I can't believe it, all this time. I feel my eyes starting to get blurry and wipe a tear from my eye. I should probably tweet out to my fans saying I finally arrived in LA as well as my family and friends. As I sent out the tweet and messages I decide to go to the store and gets some food for dinner.

You leave the house to get some shopping done. You are gone for an hour or 2. When you come home you have a lot of messages from family asking about how you are and some tweets from fans congratulating you.

Y/N POV
The support I get from people is so overwhelming. I don't know what I would do without my friends, family and fans. As I scroll through all the messages, I see something unusual. I got a follow, tweet and DM from someone, I knew straight away who it was, and felt my heart skip a beat

Y/N: S-SHELBY?!!

HEY GUYS! Sorry I haven't posted a fanfic in a really really really long time. I got tired of writing my old fanfics and got muddled up with them all. I haven't left the Aphmau fandom but the story has changed so much it grew pointless to me to continue. I am starting something new now. I wanted to write a fanfic about HBomb94 instead, I've been really inspired to write one, so here it is! Sorry I haven't mentioned Liam yet, but don't worry. He will be arriving soon. Also I know I mentioned a lot about the main character, I just wanted to get a bit of a backstory done for her. Hope you guys are enjoying so far :3
