It's been a while! Hello!

Dean

Dean's side was killing him, but the pain was now nothing more than a dull throb. What was actually killing him was the constant lectures from his father about letting a werewolf get the drop on him.

But it didn't.

No, the werewolf got the drop on his dad, but Dean jumped in front of the monster before it had a chance to strike.

He sourly regrets that decision.

"You're going to school today, I don't want to raise suspicion." John Winchester decided, stalking off towards the fridge.

"Great, a bunch of pushy teenagers." Dean huffed, keeping his comments to himself.

Adam slowly entered to room, head on a swivel.

"Adam," the simple sound made him jump. "Relax, relax. You're fine." Dean assured him as he stood up. He walked over and pulled his brother into a hug. "You're going back tomorrow too, so I need you to buck up for me." He gave his brother a gentle squeeze.

"We're home!" Sam called as he entered the house.

Adam perked up a bit, clearly glad to have all his brothers under the same roof.

"How much do you love me?" Michael asked as he walked in, wearing a huge grin.

"Depends," Dean smirked, curious to see what his brother thought he had to offer.

"Here," He said, handing both Adam and Dean papers.

"Homework!" Dean groaned, shoving Michael lightly. "It's official, I hate you." He laughed, shaking his head.

"You're going to hate him even more when he tells you we're having dinner or lunch or something like that with the Novaks and their friends." Sam piped in from the kitchen.

"What? Why would you agree to that Michael?" Dean huffed.

"Why is right." The cold voice of John Winchester snatched any joy from the air.

"I thought if I could try to see if the kids around here have seen anything strange," Michael answered quickly. No force on earth could make him admit he wanted to hang out with friends.

John would have laughed in his face.

"If you do that, your ass better be careful not to blow our cover." There was almost a snarl in John's voice as he stalked out of the room, grabbing a beer, and heading upstairs.

"Asshole," Sam bit out, earning a dark glare from Dean. "What, it's true!" He muttered.

"Just shut up, Sam. Tomorrow is going to be an interesting day." Dean sighed, throwing himself into the couch.

Dean

The day had been rather uninteresting. No one questioned Dean about his absence, apparently, his father had already told the teachers Dean was sick The only person really interested in his absence was Charlie. But that didn't bother Dean.

"Ready to go?" Sam asked at the end of the day. "We're meeting the Novaks at this little diner, I have the directions."

Dean nodded, looking at his other brothers

Adam was in a great mood, now that he got to spend time with his friend. Michael was too, for the same reason. Sam was a little annoyed with Dean's attitude, having had a few arguments about the way Sam talked about John.
