"What the hell do you want?" I ask, narrowing my eyes. "I just wanna talk to my wife." He says. "How dare you" I hadn't realized she was in the room, "how dare you call someone that you cheated on over a year ago and was completly dishonest to for God who knows long your wife. If anything, I'm an ex-colleague" my mom snaps, taking no hesitiation to slap my father straight across the face. "Honey go upstairs." My dad says. "You're not aloud to call me that." I start, "you're not aloud to call me honey, or sweetie, or my daughter, or even Quinn. You can call me by my birthname, Lucy." "Russell's right Quinney, you should go upstairs." My mom tells me. "Huh, not likely," I say.

"What do you want?" My mother turns her attention to Russell. "I have a very important question to ask." He answers, putting one foot in the doorway, "may I come in?" "No." My mother and I say in unison. "Well, okay then. Quinn, how is your bastard child?" He asks. "SHE is beautiful and her namie is Beth, and I wouldn't know, my friends birth mother adopted her." I answer, being very tempted to kick my father.

"Get to the question Rusell, I have no patience for you." My mother snaps me back to reality. "I need money, for Sarah" he answers. I can't believe this. He's asking my mother for money. "And who may I ask, is Sarah?" The way my mom worded the question makes me think she's actually considering giving Russell money. "Sarah. My-um-soon to be wife" Russell manages to say. This time it's my turn to slap him acrosss the face

"How DARE you" I start, "you kick your daughter out of your house when she needs you the most, you then cheat on you loving wife, leaving her alone until she finally has the courage to track me down, and now you come here asking for money, for you and your fiancé's wedding, your fiancé being the slut you cheated on your wife with."

Russell looks shocked, my mother doesn't. "I don't see why you can't pay for this stupid wedding" my mother question Russell. "How would you know it's a wedding" Russell replies. "Your wearing an engagement ring" I reply.

"Looks like that slut holds the balls in the relationship" I mutter. Only now I realize that my parents heard me. And I really can't believe that my mother laughs.

"Get out of my house" my mom said. "Now". My dad looks at my mother, then me. "Fine" he says, "but you aren't invited to the wedding." "Yay! Good because you don't wanna know what we would write in that book" I reply, and he walks out of the house. I quickly run up to my room and open the window.

The words come out before I can even think about what I say "OH AND DAD! IM GOING TO PROM WITH A 100% JEWISH BOY! OH, AND HE ALSO GOT ME PREGNANT YOU SON OF A BITCH!" And I go on my bed and silently cry.
