Chapter 2

who knows where this fic is going anymore. I don't even know if people are reading this. I'm not asking for a certain number of people to say "hey I'm still here" but at least one person would make me feel a lot better.

 The house was silent when Stiles woke up, it wasn't anything new but given that the house is full of werewolves it was strange to him. Along with it being quiet Stiles noticed that Claudia did indeed sleep through the night which reassured himself that they were safe here. With Derek and his pack they would call home. Thinking about Claudia being able to live a normal life now gave him hope that he wouldn't have to worry about anything anymore.

 "I can hear you thinking too loud," Derek said, more like mumbled since his mouth was pressed to the top of Stiles' head. They both repostioned themselves so they were on their sides and facing each other.

 "Sorry I was thinking about Claudia. Oh, I forgot to ask do any of your betas have pups of their own?" Stiles asked hopefully, thinking more about all the fun Claudia could have.

 "Not yet, but Erica, the blonde haired beta is 5 months pregnant," Derek answered before yawning loudly. Stiles giggled a little on how much Derek could be compared to as an actual wolf.

 "She seems fun," Stiles replied as he got up. "Where are you going?" Derek asked grabbing Stiles' hand to pull him back down on to the bed. Stiles let out a yelp as he fell back on the bed, landing on the other mans chest.

 "I have to pee," Stiles answered trying to get back up again. Derek let him but not without showing Stiles he was very unhappy with his mate not staying in bed "Oh calm down grumpywolf, I'll be right back." Stiles added as walked into the adjoining bathroom.

 After a couple minutes Stiles came out and was met with a scowl on his mates faces. "What's wrong sourwolf?" Stiles asked as he walked over to Claudia's crib and carefully picking her up. 

 "Don't call me that," Derek grumbled out as an answer. Stiles frowned at his reply but walked back over to the bed with Claudia in his arms. "When do your betas usually wake up? It's already 9 o'clock," Stiles as he started to feed Claudia, seeing this made Derek's heart skip a beat. Watching his mate care for their child, technically, made Derek's wolf and himself proud that they had chosen the right person to be the alpha mate. "Oh they've been awake. All the bed rooms have noise cancelling walls. It's a lot more comfortable for everyone when you don't have to hear your friends have sex," Derek answered honestly which made Stiles laugh a little bit at how brash his mate was. 

 Derek waited for Stiles to finish feeding Claudia before he got up off the bed to stretch and use the bathroom himself. When he came back he asked Stiles if he wanted to come downstairs and officially meet the pack. "Not that you didn't meet them last night but they were warned to behave, now you get to see how they actually act," Derek asked as he grabbed new clothes for the both of them to change into. After they were both changed and Claudia was changed into a new diaper and a onesie Derek grabbed Stiles hand as they walked out into the hallway and down the stairs leading to the kitchen.
