The Day you said Goodnight...

This is the my first time writing a poem for public so please, tell me what you think!!!! Hope you all like it!!!! Here it goes.....

As the heaven cry while the world goes by

My mind is far away, looking back in the day

When I could touch your hair and kiss your lips

Those days are far gone, finish and done

I remember the day, when we're at the bay

Your back turned on me and you're looking at the sea

It's a beautiful Friday, even if it's just for me

But you destroyed that serenity, you crushed and burned it easily

You said that our love is eternal and you'll be there in the end

But those are just lies, I realized while you break our ties

I gave you my love, my heart and soul

But what did you do? You ripped it all into two

Now those days are just hazy memories

But my heart is still bleeding

From the wound you'd cause

I'm now walking into this world, feeling alone and lost

As i write this poem, remember my love

For i will never forget you, even if we're apart

I understand now, you love him more than me

So as i point this gun in my heart,

Never forget, i will still love you for eternity
