Chapter 24 - It will Rain

As the night was coming to an end I heard Phil say "You know we gotta hit the studio tonight. I hope you didn't forget we have our last session with Cardi and Atlantic needs us to wrap it up. They said this is her last night in town." I hear him and Bruno looks at me. "Babe I promise it won't be long ok?" I smile knowing this is his life and I should get used to it. "It's ok. Stay in line!"  Then he went under the ropes and ran to Lonnie to get it.   I saw he had it as he waved it in the air coming back to the security line.   As he approached my phone vibrated in his hand so out of habit of looking at his own phone he looked at mine.  It was a text.
