{MINNA!!! I know I know, another GaLe? Hell yes. Don't like it? Stop following. Now! This book will mostly be in Levys P.O.V but may switch around a bit.}

Levy P.O.V

The guild was loud, just like any other day. Natsu and a mostly naked Grey were fighting, Lu-chan was trying to break them up, Erza was eating cake and Cana was waist deep in her five barrel this morning. My favorite dragon slayer was in the corner with his exceed, munching on iron. I kept peeking up from the book I was reading, looking at the red eyed man. "Juvia thinks Levy should tell him how she feels," a certain rain woman said beside me. I shot daggers at her. She was my best friend, next to Lu-chan, and I could tell her the one thing I couldn't tell Lu-chan or anyone else.

"And Levy thinks Juvia-chan is completely bonkers." I said, mimicking her third person speech, which only made her laugh. "Do you have time to train today?" I asked her. She frowned as shook her head." Juvia and Grey-sama are going on a mission." "You and Grey eh?" I grinned wickedly and wiggled my eyebrows at the blushing woman before me. "I-it's.... Juvia just..." She stuttered only making me laugh. "Get going then!" I shoved her off the bench towards the ice mage.

I thought it was sweet that she was so open about her feelings to Grey. I wish I could be like that. "Did you say something about training shrimp?" A deep voice asked behind me, like my thoughts had summoned him. I looked up to meet crimson eyes and smiled a little. "Yeah Juvias been helping me strengthen my magic." "Want me to help?" I almost considered it, but I knew I couldn't let him help me.

"No thanks. I won't last ten minutes with you." I said with a smile. He almost looked disappointed but nodded before going back to his table. I sighed and laid my head on my book. With Grey gone it was a bit quieter now, Natsu not having anyone to fight with. It had begun to rain outside and I couldn't help but smile. I loved the rain, everything about it from the sound to the smell. I debated going outside when the guild doors were blown off their hinges.

Mages scattered so they wouldn't be hit with them and everyone jumped to their feet. I froze in my place as I saw the trio before us. My worst fears were here, my family was in grave danger. "Where is McGarden!" the man in the center shouted.

He didn't look like he aged a day in fourteen years. His short dark red hair framed his deep black eyes. Stubble marked his chin and he wore animal fur armor. It was a deep grey and brown, he even had a tail attached at the back. His two companions, twins, wore the same furred armor only theirs was white. They both had deep purple hair that was braid to one side. One to the right an one to the left. Their eyes were gold and narrow, like Natsu and Gajeels.

Two figures stood in front of me and I looked to see the rest of my team. Jet and Droy. "We won't let you touch her!" Jet yelled. No, get away! I screamed in my head but my voice was gone. The man in the middle laughed. "How rich, you think you can protect her?!" He threw out his hand and I knew what was coming. Jet grabbed me while Droy shielded us from magic that shot at us. Before I knew it Jet had me beside Lucy and Droy was on the ground, groaning in pain.

"You gonna let your friends die for you little blue?" He looked at me and my skin crawled at the memories of that name. "Well, why don't we just make it easy and take you all out at once?!" He shouted. He held his hand skyward and all was silent. That is, until all hell broke loose. First there were the screams, coming from down in Magnolia. Then rain started to waver and whirl around behind the trio.

And then the roar.

We all shielded out ears at the deafening sound. The building shook and the ceiling started to give way. The ground shook as, in front of the guild, a large gray dragon landed. We all stared in fear as the dragon roared again, causing the guild to shake again. "Everybody down!" Mira shouted as the dragon took it's claw and swept it towards the guild. We all hit the floor just before it tore through the building. We all looked up, now able to see the full mass of the creature.

The four dragon slayers, Laxus included, ran forward. The dragon quickly spun, using it's tail to bash them away like flies. "Natsu!" Lucy cried. I wanted nothing more than to run and help them, but the dragon reared back it's head, blasting a wave of fire towards where the slayers had landed. There were screams for them but I knew in my gut thy were fine. They were part of Fairy Tail after all.

The dragon turned to us and everyone started shouting out all the spells they could. I sent my own scripted words at it, though I knew it would be no good. I could see the slayers get to their feet out of the corner of my eyes. Then the dragon reared it's head again. There would be no way we could get out of the way in time. I closed my eyes, I can't do it! But I have to! I fought with myself for what seemed like an eternity before know ing I couldn't let this thing take out my nakama. 'I'm sorry Tsundera!'

I ran forward till I was standing directly in front of it. "Levy!" I heard Lucy and Gajeel scream for me. I smirked slightly at the dragon just as it let loose a stream of fire.

"Water dragons," I took a deep breath. "ROAR!" I let loose a tunnel of water from my mouth, letting it collide with the fire. It hissed and steamed and there was a dead silence. I would not look at them. The dragon raised it claw and I lept, jumping on it's arm as it swung by. I ran up it's arm, not listening to the cries beneath me. The dragon went to snap at me. "Water Dragons Talons!" Water incased my feet and I kicked out hard, actually managing to send it's head back. I stumbled as I landed again and it used my unsteadiness to send me back to the ground.

"Water lock!" a voice shouted. I was suddenly incased in a bubble and set gently on the ground. I looked up to see Juvia had returned with Gray, they must have seen the dragon. I felt a large hand on my shoulder and looked up to see Gajeel. "I expect an explanation after this." he said gruffly. I nodded before standing again.

Time to kill a dragon.
