Gajeel P.O.V
Metalicanna landed at the entrance of a cave as the sun began to set. I jumped down and Natsu carefully handed Levy down. Even though Wendy had been healing her on the way here when she could, she was still pale. Her leg had gotten darker and the blackness had stretched up her leg and disappeared under her shorts.
Once everyone was in the cave, Metallicanna suddenly roared into the sky. "What's with the noise old man?" I grumbled. "I'm calling for someone who might be able to help her." He growled at me. I looked down at the small girl in my arms and my heart tightened.
Natsu had set up a small fire deeper in the cave and everyone was now settled around it. I gently laid Levy down and Juvia put her head in her lap. "What are we going to do? We can't go with Levy like this." Lucy asked quietly as I sat beside Levy. "We will have to find a way to warn the guild so they can prepare for a fight." Laxus said. "Hey Lucy, can't you call Loke and have him go to the guild?" Gray asked her. She nodded and pulled a key from her belt.
"Open Gate of the Lion:Loke!" With the tone of a bell Loke appeared. "Hey Lucy! What's going on?" He frowned as he looked at all of us. "Loke we arnt on Earthland anymore. We are in the Dragon Realm." He tensed as he looked at her. "I need you to go to the guild and tell them Levy is injured and we can't make it to the gate yet. They will know what it means. Tell them to prepaid for the worst." He nodded and vanished in a poof of smoke.
We were all silent for a long time. Metalicanna, who had laid behind us, lifted his head and looked at the cave entrance. I turned and saw a small ball of light float towards us. "Grendeeny, I'm glad you made it." "Grendeeny?!" Wendy suddenly jumped up. "Hello Wendy. My my how you've grown." A soft voice said from the ball. "I'm sorry I couldn't come here in person, but I am a bit tied up. What is it you needed Iron Dragon?" she asked, floating around Metalicannas head.
"This young one was been affected by Void Magic." He said as he looked down at Levy. The ball of light flew to Levy and looked her up and down. "There is nothing I can do that Wendy isn't already doing. The girls only hope is Tsundera." I clenched my fist together. "I will see what I can do." she said softly before floating to Wendy. "We will see each other face to face soon little one." Wendy nodded while wiping her eyes. Grendeeny left leaving us all in a heavy silence.
"We should get some sleep," Laxus said quietly as he laid against the wall he was sitting by. There were murmurs of agreement and everyone started to get settled for the night. I traded places with Juvia, putting Levys head on my lap. "I will stay up for awhile to see if she wakes up." I told her quietly. She smiled a little sadly before laying beside Gray. It wasn't long before everyone was asleep, even the great dragon behind us was snoring deeply. I had honestly missed it.
I looked down at the girl in my lap and unconsciously moved some hair out of her face. "You promised not to leave my side..." I said quietly. She stirred a little and I stiffened. "That was just.... for the exams you know..." she said weakly before opening her eyes. I looked away, feeling heat creep up my cheeks. 'I can't believe she heard me!' I took a deep breath.
"Well I'm telling you now. Stay by my side... Don't leave me..." I said quietly before looking back down at her. Her eyes widened a little. "Gajeel..." "Look, I'm not good expressing myself... Blame him." I pointed towards the black dragon. "But, I dont know. I have always had this strong feeling for you... Every time your hurt or in danger... I just lose it. Even now, I couldn't bare it if I lost you." My eyes burned but I would not cry in front of her.
She smiled softly before putting her hand on my face. "I know how you feel Gajeel... I know your strong, but I'm always worried about you.... About something happening to you... I think I realized what this feeling is a long time ago. I love you Gajeel... Your my mate."

"I love you Gajeel... Your my mate." I said weakly. I had never seen Gajeel blush so red. It was rather cute. He took my hand, gently squeezing it. "I love you too shrimp." He said gruffly. I smiled and held his hand while we sat quietly. I focused on our hands, trying to ignore the excruciating pain in my leg. I couldn't feel my foot and it felt like something was eating my leg from the inside out. It was very slowly making it's way up my leg.
"Try and get some sleep shrimp, it should help." Gajeel said. I hasn't realized I was squeezing his hand. I nodded a little before rolling on my side, curling into him. He gently stroked my hair, trying to help me fall asleep. Soon though I was the only one awake. I lay awake all night, watching everyone sleep and listening to the dragons deep breathing. By the time the first person woke up I was nearly in tears from the pain in my leg.
I was so lucky it was Wendy.
"Does it hurt Levy-san?!" she hurried over to me when she saw I was awake. I nodded a little and she put her hand on my leg. The pain ebbed away till it was just bearable. "Thanks Wendy." I said quietly. She nodded and looked like she was gonna cry. I reached up and ruffled her already messy hair. She smiled a little. The sun began to peek into the cave, causing everyone to stir. "Why is it so bright?!" Natsu whined before rolling over.
The sound of wings got everyone's attention and we all looked to the cave entrance. They were not large like a dragons wings, but smaller. A tiny figure landed in front of the cave, and I realized it was an exceed. He was a deep orange color, with deep blue pants like Lilys and a black sash tied around his forehead. He had what looked like a small staff on his back. "Metalicanna!" He called into the cave.
"Theo? What are you doing here?" the dragon asked as the exceed entered the cave. "Grendeeny told me about the small dragon slayer. Before Tsundera left she gave me this." He pulled out a small class vile out of the bag on his shoulder. "This should stop the void from spreading for about two days." "What is it?" I asked weakly. He walked up to me and smiled. "It's purified water. It won't be able to completely purify you, but it should help until Tsundera returns."
"Tsunderas coming back?" Metalicanna asked, almost sounding excited. "She told me that once the dragon slayers arrive, she would return. I believe it." He said and I couldn't help but smile. Gajeel helped me sit up and Theo handed me the glass vile. I easily emptied it, and I could feel the magic from the water travel all the way down to my leg. The pain eased to just a slight sting and the blackness revised down to it's starting point. "That's incredible!" Wendy exclaimed.
Theo smiled and turned to look at the rest of our group. "Pantherlily?!" he suddenly exclaimed. The black exceed grinned as he walked up to Theo and patted his shoulder. "Hello brother! Long time no see!" "Brother?!" Gajeel exclaimed and I laughed. Lily nodded. "Does that mean he can transform like you?" Natsu asked.
We all looked at Theo who suddenly transformed. The staff on his back grew as well and he looked intimidating, like Lily. "That's amazing!" I said with a smile. Theo grinned, his pointed ears twitching lightly. "Looks like you have an exceed too." Natsu said with a grin.
{Sorry to those who wanted it to be Lilys crush but I liked the brother idea better. Gomen!}
