Brook's P.O.V.

When we all got to the roof Colin told us who else he had found. We were also eating pizza and drinking beer.

"I thought we weren't aloud up here. Didn't you get that memo?" I said looking around.

"I wrote that memo," he said and I chuckled, "It was getting kind of crowded and my band and I practice up here."

Ally and I then went to sit on the couch Colin was seated on.

"Where does your band play?" Ally asked.

"Here for now," Colin said.

"My mom's friend is looking for a band for her sons bar mitzvah?" Ally asked.

"No thank you we're not that kind of band," Colin said.

"The kind that makes money?" she asked.

"Let's drop it," he said.

"You're just like Brook she plays at this little bar down the street and they don't even pay her," she said.

"He said to drop it so let's," I said.

"Thank you," he said pulling out a binder and opening it.

"We have 10 possibilities left, Jay from club med turquoise, I'm trying but I need more info," Colin said.

"I'm sorry it was spring break, Jay might not even be his real name. I'm certainly not Kelli with an I," Ally said.

"Barry Dingle he lives in Miami I know it's not geographically desirable but he is a doctor now," he said.

"Don't care I hate Miami I think to much sun makes people stupid," she said.

"Ok, how do you feel about Denver? I found the mountain man and that guy has got a caboose worth relocating for," he said.

"Pass he always wanted to breath fresh air. Do you know how hard it was to enjoy the outdoors with that kind of enthusiasm?" she asked.

"More exhausting than pretending to be British?" he asked.

"I never had to wipe myself with a leaf when I was pretending to be British," she said.

"Touché," he said.

"Or do you mean Touchy," I said laughing.

I went to grab another beer but he grabbed my hand.

"That enough for you," he said.

I've got to admit I was getting a little tipsy. I sighed and continued listening to the conversation.

"What about Gerry Perry he's a puppeteer so he's single?" Colin asked.

I held back my laughter.

"I don't want to go out with Gerry Perry. Where's Jake and Terrence!" Ally almost yelled.

Colin said a place that I couldn't understand.

"What?" Ally asked.

"Where the fuck is that?" I asked.

"Africa they run their family's philanthropic foundation and they're overseeing a construction of a school down there," he said.

"Are they ever coming back?" Ally asked.

"Eventually in the mean time I've got Gerry Perry," he said.

"No!" Ally said.

Colin and I both laughed.

"Fine I'll see you two tomorrow," she said leaving.

I chuckled.

"So what did Ally mean by you play at a bar and don't get payed?" He asked.
