~ Maria's POV ~ I had just uploaded the video and I was getting so many hate comments on it and I don't care. I spoke my truth and said what I had to say. Right now I was cleaning the apartment when there was a knock on the door. Gabbie was in the shower so I walked to the door and opened it and there stood Sam. He seemed like he hadn't gotten any sleep.
"Sup, Golbach?" I asked as he stepped in. I shut the door and went to cleaning the living room.
"You need to take that video down." He said.
"Why? It doesn't name you specifically." I said.
"Because if someone found out and then saw the video, they would put two and two together." He said.
"Tough luck, Sam. You've put shit up online that I've asked you to take down and you didn't. I'm not gonna listen to you. If you wanna ruin your own career, be my fucking guest. But I'm not going to be caught your downfall." I said.
"I thought we were best friends?" He asked.
"Sam, we are. I'm pissed about what you did because Kat is also my fucking friend. She's my best friend, too, Sam. I have forgiven you for a lot of things, but this is not something I'm going to forgive you for. You hurt Kat. After I left your house she came over here and cried her eyes out all night. Gabbie and I had a girls night with her to help her cheer up. I can't believe what you did. Never in a million frickin' years did I think you would do that!" I said.
"I tried apologizing and nobody wants to listen. Fuck this." He said.
"You haven't even muttered the word sorry, so I don't wanna hear that." I said. He sighed.
"Please get her to talk to me." He said.
"No, cause if I were in her shoes, I wouldn't talk to you either." I said and stopped cleaning to face him.
"Oh really? Do you know what your boy Colby is doing right now?" He asked.
"Don't try and turn this on me." I said.
"No, you need to know." He said. He pulled his phone out and went to his photos and showed me a screenshot he took of Colby's Snapchat and he was with some girl. I thought he liked me.
"Get out." I said quietly.
"What?" He asked.
"Get. Out. Of. My. House. Now." I said. With that he was gone. Gabbie came out to me and was in a shirt and her underwear.
"What happened?" She asked. I explained it all to her, even the picture Sam showed me. "I'm so sorry. Go talk to him before you jump to any conclusions." She said. I nodded and sighed. I really thought Colby liked me.
