~ Colby's POV ~ I had one hell of a headache and I saw a girl laying beside me. I rubbed my face and shook her and she groaned.
"Get out." I said. She got up and got dressed and left. I put on my shorts and got out of bed. I walked out of my room and saw Sam and Kat talking in the hall.
"Dude, you look like shit." Sam said.
"Yeah, thanks." I said.
"Who was the chick leaving your room?" Kat asked.
"No clue." With that I walked into the bathroom and brushed my teeth and took a quick shower. I wrapped my towel around my waist and walked out. I walked in my room and changed before I walked out. Kat was pissed off at me. "What?" I asked.
"You screwed another girl? Dude, Maria is at her house crying her eyes out because of how much of a dick you are." She said. I ran a hand through my hair and sighed. I walked in my room and grabbed my phone, keys and wallet and I walked out of the house and to my car. I got in and started it and drove out the gate and drove off to Maria's house. I really do like her. When I got there, I parked and got out and walked up to the door and knocked on it. The door opened and I saw a shirtless Kian Lawley standing there.
"Uh, who are you?" He asked.
"Colby. I'm here to see Maria." I said.
"She's a bit busy." He said.
"Can I wait for her?" I asked.
"I wouldn't." He said and shut the door in my face. I decided I'd call her phone. I sat on the hood of my car and called her phone putting mine to my ear. She picked up on the third ring.
"Colby, leave me alone." She said.
"Please, just listen." I said.
"Fine. You have two minutes." She said.
"I messed up, I know that. But I do like you. I really like you. What I did was wrong and I'm sorry for it." I said.
"Do you really mean that?" I looked up and saw she was standing in front of me. I hung up the phone sliding it in my pocket.
"Yeah, I do. Maria, I really like you. You are special. You're beautiful, funny, smart and very kind to everyone even when you shouldn't be. You forgive people even when they're jackasses like myself." I said. She hugged me. I hugged back and we pulled away. "So, do you forgive me?" I asked. She sat beside me.
"I do." She said. I smiled.
"So, why is Kian here?" I asked.
"Oh, Gabbie brought him home last night." She said. A sigh of relief came over me. She giggled. "Did you really bring a girl home last night?" She asked.
"I did, but it didn't mean anything." I said.
"If it didn't, why did you bring her home?" She asked.
"We were gonna hook up but we both fell asleep." I said. She nodded.
"So that's why it didn't mean anything." She said. "Y'all hooked up in the club though." She said.
"Who said we did?" I raised and eyebrow.
"Gabbie." She said.
"I didn't hook up with her at all last night." I said. She nodded.
"Well, I better get back inside." She said.
"Can we hang out tomorrow?" I asked.
"Yes." She kissed my cheek and walked inside. I smiled and got in my car and drove back home.
~~~~~~~~~ So, Maria forgave him, but did he really not hook up with the girl? Was he lying to her? Are Colby and Sam gonna become friends again? The world may never know.
