A ray of sunlight peaked through the curtains, hitting Shawn directly in the face and slightly illuminating the room. Opening his eyes slowly, he waited for them to focus until he saw a clear figure of Moni sleeping beside him.

Shawn watched her chest rise and fall with every breath that she took. His heart melted when he saw Moni adjust herself in her sleep, pulling him closer to her body. He really loved this girl and he could tell that she loved him as well.

Harmony was fast asleep in her Bassinet, which was placed next to the bed that they shared. Without moving too much, Shawn slightly sat up to take a quick glance at Harmony. Something wasn't right.

Before getting up, he noticed that their window had been broken open. Shards of glass covered the shelves and the ground.

Shawn quickly jumped out of bed, causing Moni to abruptly wake up from her sleep. A look of confusion masked her face as she watched Shawn run around the bed and towards Harmony's Bassinet.

"Baby, what's wrong?" Moni asked sleepily as she wiped her eyes with the sleeves of her night gown. "Is everything okay?"

Shawn sunk down to the floor on his knees and clammed up. Harmony wasn't in her Bassinet.

"H-h-harmony is gone.." He said, barely above a whisper.

Moni blinked twice and slowly got up from the bed, walking to where he was. "What did you say?"

Her mouth dropped when she noticed that the window had been smashed and that Harmony wasn't in her Bassinet. "Wha-"

"Harmony ain't here," Shawn said a little bit louder than before. He swallowed hard and closed his eyes, waiting for her reaction.

Tears instantly filled Moni's eyes and she began to sob heavily. She fell down on her knees and then curled up into a fetal position, crying even louder.

Shawn extended his hand out and rubbed her back, a tear escaping his eyes as well. He wasn't doing the most because he knew who had abducted and possibly killed his daughter. Now, all he could do is hope and pray that she's okay. Jon really was taking this shit to a whole new level.

"Where is she?!" Moni screamed out as she continued to sob uncontrollably. "Where's Harmony?!"

Shawn didn't answer her. He simply stood on his two feet, leaving her behind in the room.
Not only was he sad, his body was filling up with complete and utter rage. This bitch nigga was going to pay for his actions.

As he was gathering his thoughts, Moni emerged from the room in an angry fit. She was confused and more so pissed as to why Shawn wasn't reacting the way she was. Maybe he knew exactly who committed the crime and was hiding something.

"Why the fuck aren't you calling the police?" She questioned angrily, sticking her finger in his face. "You stupid ass nigga! Our daughter has been taken by some unknown while we was sleep and you have the audacity to act calm?"

Shawn remained quiet and placed his hand on his chin while Moni yelled at him. He had to act quickly, but getting the police involved wasn't the move.

Without warning, Moni slapped him across the face, causing his head to twist to the side. Her nostrils flared with anger and she glared at him in a blistering fury.

Shawn couldn't even strike her back or get mad. He knew how she was feeling. Her only child was missing, possibly in the hands of danger.

He grabbed both of Moni's shoulders, causing her to tense up. He stared at her in her tear filled eyes and spoke to her in a calm manner.
