If your story doesn't have 5 chapters yet, but will in the next 2 weeks you may enter it, as that's around the time judging will be taking place. Judging is going to start next week hopefully and it might take longer than a week to judge all entries. It may take up to 2 weeks or longer so if you think you'll have 5 chapters before judging is complete you may enter.
